Shipping is over priced
The website is easy to use. The products are great. My only issue is that for $24 shipping it should be sent by express post.

We have noticed that shipping rates have recently increased which has caused additional charges that our company must pay in the process. We are currently charging the amount that we are paying to carriers and fulfillment centers. However, we hope to negotiate these prices in the future, but currently, these are the rates available to us.

Go back to basics
We guys love your products but when spending the money you do on a book you expect it to be packaged it a nice way not shoved in and forgotten about we have order a couple times and they were 2 different experiences this time we had no brand packaging or box and the parcel was opened.
The first time was great ans very high quality this time not so much

Partner bought this, I didn't like it, now it just causes more arguments.
It has the sorts of activities that are things I am just not interested in at all.
If you think you partner wants to spend time "buying the perfect candle" then go ahead.
Bad purchase, do not recommend.
Try a book of ideas you can actually choose and agree on, not some gimmick surprise way to cause arguments
