Incredible customer service
So far great I haven’t received the ring yet but the customer service is incredible i needed to change the size slightly and ask for updates they have been amazing between the cost and the service I couldn’t ask for more the employee has had so much patience answering my dumb questions and responding to me so quickly to put my mind as ease it’s one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make and having someone to help make it easier is priceless I absolutely recommend this company like I said I haven’t got the ring yet so I’ll be leaving another review upon receiving the ring

Excellent quality and a surprisingly low price. I purchased the Melrose ring, via their website. It did take a long time (this was stated on the website!) but it was SO worth the wait. I had the materials verified by a local jeweller just to make sure. Highly recommend just order in advance!!

Amazing quality and customer service
I contacted Jess about making a ring to specific shape and nothing seemed too much trouble for her! The ring arrived and it was gorgeous! I didn’t realise that Jess also provides a luxurious wooden box for the ring which was an added bonus to the overall quality and experience to the service! I still can’t believe that Jess makes these beautiful rings to such a high quality, provides a ring box and ships them for such a low cost! I just wish I had found her sooner for rings I have bought in the past. Great quality, great service thank you
