Service nightmare
I gave the car for a normal service. When I got the car back after a day, there was a sound coming from the rear which was not there before. They said to solve it I have to replace a part. So they are trying to solve an issue which didn’t exist before. Also there was a car was and vacuum promised(that was for another issue where they couldn’t even find the car keys after service), and they didn’t even bother to do it. Never going back here

By far, the best experience in a dealer of my all life and I have had quite a lot of cars in the last 35 years. Nice, competent, good advice, not pushy for sale but proposing the options that fit what you are looking for.
If you are planning to lease an Audi, dont look further, this is THE place to go to have the best experience.

Poor delivery
We agreed for a delivery on 1st of November due to technical reasons it was changed to 5th of November.
When we went on 5th for car pickup the car was not there and ordered to be delivered. This was due some internal staff miscommunication. Hence we were just send home with no car. After two days we got the call that the car is ready in a day so we can pick it up but as we had no time anymore we got the car delivered at our home address.
The introduction was sufficient but the Audi connect and app could not be set. And still the car is unable to connect to my profile. Waiting still for contact from service.
