Love this site - used it a few times now. Any issues I have had have been resolved fully in a timely manner. This last time I didn't use my code for a couple of weeks and when I did come to use it, it had already been redeemed elsewhere. However a quick email back and I was given a new code the next day that worked perfectly.

Amazing experience.

I ordered the 20 credit bundle as a test to see if it worked. Received the credits around 5-6hours later.

Ordered again the same day, this time I tried out ordering by titles. Again, received the codes within a few hours.

For the first order, I contacted the company via the chat function to ask a few questions. The response was fast and enough to put my mind at ease.

Overall, excellent customer service and experience. No issues at all.

Also, one of the titles I had ordered yesterday was a preorder (they don't deal with preorders) so I was contacted to choose a replacement title. Preorders should work if you choose the credit option instead of the titles option. (I could be wrong though)

Fast, easy and works. Really glad I took the risk. I'm not sure if it's one person or a group of people but either way, they did the job and did it well.

Purchased a 12 month membership and an additional 6 credits. Got the gift codes within 2 hours. Redeemed both without an issue.

I love this site! Credits are sent within a few hours and when I accidentally bought the wrong credits they were quick in responding and rectifying the problem!

Placed an order a week ago. For 6 titles and had nothing.
Now their website is down. No reply from their email either and I’ve emailed about 4 times this week.
Website owner came back to me nearly 2 weeks later and provided the order.
They did deliver but nowhere near the time scales as promised.

I hate paying so much with Audible so I decided to try Audibledeals. I bought one credit at 6 bucks and if it didn’t work then I would only lose 6 bucks. Placed my order and the next morning I had it in my Audible inventory.
I definitely recommend it.

My receipt says I owe more. This is bait and switch type stuff. I would never again give them my credit card number - would you?

---COMPLETELY USELESS -- Bought a bundle of credits. Contacted customer service and received a canned response. They never fixed the issue. Completely useless.

Never Received My Audiobooks. I've emailed their support three times over two weeks. No response.

They used to offer instant delivery of the credits but it's cancelled, credit codes worked well though.

Yeah, this company has gone out of business. I’ve used them multiple times and had few problems. If I did, they responded quickly and got it fixed. Now though, I had to get refund. I’m gonna miss them

I purchased 2 packages previously and received my credits. I purchased another package of 6 credits on December 20th, 2024. As of January 9th the order has not been filled. I see throughout the internet, others have also been scammed. The owner of the site is out of mainland China. Though I have emailed the company a dozen times, no response and no credits. I did file a complaint with PayPal and they sent an email to this company. They too are being ignored. I know I won't get my credits. The best I can hope for is PayPal reimbursing me my $33. I'm not going to hold my breath. Update: PayPal refunded my $33. Audibledeals.com is still a scam.

This company took my money and I never received any credits .they don't reply to messages or email.
