Audika - Ashford Reviews 

I was at a large Metropolitan Women Police Anniversary lunch event in London on Saturday and was thrilled with how well I was able to hear in the noisy environment. We were seated at large round tables, lots of reminiscing, happy chatter and speakers. Some of my ex colleagues - mainly in their 70s - struggled. Thanks to Hannah Bergin for her skill and assistance over these past years which has helped me so much.

I highly recommend Hannah Bergin at Audika Ashford. I have known her for over 5 years, first with Hearbase. She has been incredibly polite, helpful, and exceptionally patient throughout my entire journey. Hannah explained everything so clearly and was always willing to make fine adjustments based on my feedback. Even when I had to swap my hearing aids, she never rushed the process. Instead, she took all the time needed across multiple appointments to ensure the settings were absolutely perfect for me. She is a credit to Audika.

I have been seeing Audika for around 3 years now, for hearing tests, wax removal and help with choosing and using hearing aids. The customer service and caring attitude displayed by Hannah and Ashleigh is second to none and I always leave there knowing that my best interests are being looked after. They are very helpful and I would recommend you try them out for a hearing test if you are thinking of booking one. What’s more, the location is superb with plenty of parking and other shops etc. to explore!

I have been with Audika (formely Hidden Hearing) for a little over 1year. Hannah has seen me on a number of occasions to assist me as I got used to my new hearing aids. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and really does put you at your ease. The booking process works very efficiently and there are regular email appointment reminders in the run up to any appointment.
The Ashford location in Evegate Business Park is easy to find and has plenty on free onsite parking.

Hannah at Evegate Hearbase has managed my audiology needs for over 5 years and I would recommend her totally. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes to great lengths to provide the best service at all times. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she responds so promptly to any query or issue you might have. My Starkey hearing aids have so improved the quality of my life. Absolutely would recommend.

I have been attending Audika at Evesgate Business Centre Ashford, for over 3 years for hearing assessments, hearing aid checks and wax removal. In all of that time I have experienced professional, knowledgeable and friendly service from the staff. I would not consider going elsewhere and can throughly recommend them.

An excellent experience from start to end. I chose a centre close to me in Ashford, Kent and my audiologist Hannah was wonderful. My partner uses a wheelchair so we visited the centre to see how accessible the centre and rooms were. Although the centre is small access was not a problem and Hannah introduced herself immediately putting me at ease. Throughout the appointment to assess my hearing and the subsequent one to fit new hearing aids Hannah was friendly and took her time to clearly explain both what was being done and what things meant. At no time was there any sales pitch just an explanation of the pros and cons of the different hearing aid models available. I feel confident that the after care and support will prove to be of an equally high standard. Based on my experience I recommend Audika for providing a friendly, thorough and professional service.

I have been a client/patient of Audika (previouly know as Hidden Hearing) for several years now. I recommend this company for anyone who has need for hearing aids. The company's efficiency is outstanding. When ringing for an appointment, you are greeted by a human receptionist. Yes a human! You then receive a confirmation email of your appointment as well as a reminder text the day before. I attend the Evegate branch in Ashford. Hannah Bergin my audiologist is superb. She is patient, courteous and professional. It is always good to know you are in the hands of an expert. If the rest of the Audika's branches offer the same standard of care that I receive, then I can thoroughly recommend, this company.
