Terry is fabulous!
Terry is fabulous!! I was extremely nervous attending for a wax removal appointment- due to previous negative experiences at other clinicians and also previous/on going ear issues.
Terry was patient, kind and understanding . She was informative and supportive through whole treatment (which I know is simple for many) but for myself it was a real challenge. She has re built my confidence and I am now booked back in for my second ear to be treated.
Thank you so much - I felt re assured and am now able to hopefully gain control and keep on top of my condition with your help and support.

Great people, good service.
I had an appointment at the Chester branch and would like to compliment the staff on their courtesy and efficiency. I was welcomed with a splendid cup of coffee and was then looked after by the charming Terri who what could be an uncomfortable experience pleasant and I felt the service was excellent.

Truly exceptional service
Truly exceptional service – the quality of customer care is simply outstanding. My wife and I both had tests – Lucy dealt with us in a very very professional manner. She couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
There is no hard sell despite the free hearing test – I did not need hearing aids (yet!) My wife did – she is the delighted with the product and the way Lucy introduced them to her and has helped her get used to them. Highly recommended!!
