Grace at the Chesterfield branch is amazing. Very friendly, good advice.My hearing loss is severe but Grace has taken the time to tune my hearing aids to get the best I can out of them.

Great and thorough hearing test, I carn't recommend enough.

Walked in, very distressed with a terribly blocked ear. Sent home for 3 days with some drops, went back on the Monday and Jan managed to get the ear wax out. Absolutely amazing staff, everyone so friendly and made me feel safe.

Had a problem with a blocked ear and saw Jan at the Chesterfield branch who was brilliant. She asked for all details and was very thorough with checking and clearing out the wax, explaining the process before she began .She also advised that I see my GP asap as she found fluid in the ear and as I was due to fly within days she felt it should be medically checked. I followed her advice. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

I just want to thank the staff at Hidden Hearing in Chesterfield. All the staff I have met so far have been very kind professional and helpful. Thank you so much Grace and the lovely lady receptionist whose name I've forgotten (sorry)..You have both been very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Hidden Hearing.
I would also like to thank Jan a very special Ear Care Practioner. I was very nervous about having my ears syringed due to a bad experience somewhere else several years ago. I was really afraid but I needn't have worried. Jan was so kind and friendly and put me at my ease. She was so professional as well and explained exactly what she was going to do. It was quick and totally painless. I couldn't believe how easy it all was and wow the difference it has made to my hearing. I will never be able to thank Jan enough. It is such a great feeling to finally be able to hear what people are saying. Jan you are a miracle worker.
Now I'm going to get some Hearing aids from here and be able to hear even better.

Have dealt with Hidden Hearing at Chesterfield for some years now but have to say the service and quality has improved considerably since Grace joined the practice. She is professional, personable, straight talking and knows her job. Between Grace and Mandy, the very efficient receptionist, they make a great team. Well done Girls. From Pat Powell.

The hearing test provided by Grace in the Chesterfield office, was the most comprehensive and detailed I or my wife have ever experienced.
She was very experienced and knowledgeable, very pleasant and easy to get on with.
She presented the test results in a clear understandable manner.
No pressure whatsoever in terms of purchasing an aid, my wife felt totally at ease to make a purchase.
My wife was in denial in respect of her hearing before the appointment.
This changed immediately once she tried the hearing aid recommended by Grace..

Had a great experience and i would highly recommend to anyone ! Made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I can only state that the customer service and clinical attention to helping me attain the best hearing provision was first rate. I would have given five stars but was unable to assess whether the price was justifiably so high, particularly after responding to an advert. claiming that prices were lower and comparing other competitors price range.
