Good service and testing…
After only enquiry the response was prompt and appointment made quickly at nearest branch, plenty of reminders.
The appointment was extremely well run and the tests were good and extensive, as was the equipment used.
The Audiologist was very good and clearly explained all the process and results making suggestions on hearing aids that suited me best.

My appointment for my hearing test
My appointment for my hearing test, ran smoothly and efficiently from the word go.
From booking the appointment, my reminder, my directions for the location, all easy and straight forward, which is very important to me.
My appointment was thorough, professional but at the same time, friendly and welcoming.
Emma Matthews, put me at ease immediately, allowing me to relax and feel comfortable throughout my hearing test.
My results were shared with me straight way, explained in detail, with advice and guidance given.
My options, moving forward were also explained and outlined for me, with no hard selling or pressure to purchase/sign up there and then.
This is a personal, and quite a vulnerable exercise and yet, Emma made it personal to me, with the customer care skills to help me relax and actually enjoy my hearing test.
