Friendly, efficient service

Friendly service and was put at ease regarding the procedure. I had severely impacted wax, so much so that another service I had previously used were unable to remove the wax in one ear, but with Hidden Hearing you can return free of charge if they are unsuccessful in removing the wax first time. It was a relief to finally be able to hear in both ears again after many years. Excellent service.

My nana had hidden hearing out today to have her ear wax removed by suction the ear care practitioner Matt errington was amazing with my nana he ran through everything before the procedure showed her exactly what he would do let her feel the suction first on hand and insured everything would be ok and removed all wax with no pain what a lovely caring young man he was my nana said he was lovely young man to and very helpful

I saw Mr Errington today for ear wax removal and was impressed by the way he immediately put me at ease. He was very professional and patient throughout the procedure, explaining each step along the way. I would recommend his services without hesitation.

Professional presentation worthy of a follow up.

You demanded payment in advance and when I attended appointment you told me I had no wax in my ears and therefore did not need treatment. You kept my money and said you would look at my ears in a years time. I have had wax removed every year since I had a hearing aid fitted, this year's appointment has left me unsure about the outcome.

Corby branch. Good, efficient and very friendly. Would recommend and happily return if needed.
