Didn't want this procedure and was a bit skeptical of the benefits. So pleased HH persevered and persuaded me to have this done. Very thorough and careful counselling process. Procedure performed professionally and a great result.

Very friendly staff with Jan , Doncaster ,doing my procedure. This was fully explained to me before she started which was surprisingly a pleasant experience. Before my procedure I didn’t think my ears were blocked with wax but shockingly a large amount was extracted. Well worth a visit.

Had wax removed from both ears at Hidden Hearing Doncaster. It was a painless procedure (micro suction) and performed professionally by Jan, who thoroughly explained every part of the procedure and put me completely at ease. I had instant relief, would highly recommend.

Wow had my ear wax removed by Jan today 19/08/22 she was absolutely amazing can’t thank her enough, she went through the procedure step by step, I can finally hear out both of my ears after nearly a year from suffering. It’s a lovely and comfortable environment. The receptionist was lovely too made me feel comfortable. Would 100% recommend this place.

Had ear wax removal from Jan, and it's helped no end! It took two appointments to clear out, but the second appointment was at no extra charge, so absolutely cannot complain. All staff are super friendly, and Jan was friendly & professional.

Jan was brilliant put me at ease straight away. Explained everything that was going to happen and everything went smoothly.
Had a good laugh as well which is no bad thing.
Excellent service very professional my hearing is now back 100%

I was advised by the audiologist, following a hearing test resulting from a case of tinnitus, that I should use a hearing aid due to my audiogram indicating a drop in effectiveness of my left ear at high frequencies.
At this point the audiologist attempted to sell me the most expensive aid they supply from their sister company Oticon.

A subsequent test by a different audiologist at a different provider stated that my hearing was actually better than his and that even though there was a slight drop off in my hearing at a high frequency it would not have a major effect on my overall ability to hear.

Just be careful when using this company, a second opinion is well worth seeking out.

I was having a dreadful time with earwax in both ears, my hearing was badly affected. I needed 4 appointments to remove all of it, and every time was impressed by the professional attitude and care given. All the extra appointments were included on the original £60 cost, too! Thank you!

Had a problem with the remote control( which is wonderful!") and was immediately put in contact with the right person to help me.
They were professional, efficient and friendly.

Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere on entering reception area with offer of drinks whilst waiting.
Appointment was relaxed and informative with the whole focus of helping improve hearing.
Given time to think about purchase with follow up appointment to support any issues or improve hearing devices.
Safe environment with Covid guidelines in place.

I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing Doncaster. The staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Jan was very professional and explained everything in detail before starting the procedure. I wouldn't think twice about using this company again if I have any problems with my hearing in the future.
