When I used to live in Glasgow I always went to Glassford Street and continued to do so after I moved to Portpatrick as there was no local branch. This involved an overnight stay due to the amount of travel time involved. This year however, I was told I could go to a consultation in Stranraer (only a 15 minute drive) which was carried out by a member of staff based in Dumfries. The room was very spacious with no distracting noises when doing the hearing test. The audiologist, Alicia Conway, was very pleasant and explained everything very clearly. Very happy overall.

Booked a last minute appointment with Donna for my father in law to get an ear wax removal procedure with Kirsty.
As we were going on a family holiday we needed him seen as quickly as possible. Thankfully we were able to get an appointment on the same day, ear wax cleared, very happy customer and we were all able to enjoy our holiday without shouting 😀 thanks so much!

Had wax removed from my Ears by Kirsty at the Dumfries site, she was professional , caring, explained all the processes clearly and with empathy. I felt very safe in her care and demand she gets a big pay rise! Also Donna on reception was lovely, friendly and very efficient, extra pay here too please. Will be back here next time my ears decided they are a candle factory.

I was sent for wax removal with Kirsty at Dumfries Station Hotel on 27th April.
I was very impressed by the way she carried out the extraction and the preparation before. She was very professional and lovely. All together a good experience

I had earwax removed at the hotel clinic with Kirsty, the entire experience was friendly and straightforward including the hearing test. Can't recommend her enough!
