Terrible
Every time we visit the shop nothing changes. The man calibrates them we test them outside inside by electrical things we get home and they are worse than when we went to the shop. The man that used to be there before the man that's there now was so helpful nothing was to much trouble he always had spare hearing aids so that my hearing aids could be sent off. I've been told I'm profoundly deaf the man gets me to take hearing aids out then tries to talk to me and I have no idea what he's saying to me.
