Kami was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and the receptionist was welcoming. Both were very friendly.

Pricing is an issue
The audiologist I met with was wonderful and explained everything very clearly. The problem is in the price. Quoted £5,499 for a pair of the latest Oticon hearing aids. A quick google search shows me I can get them for £3,200 with all the same after-care/warranty terms just about anywhere else.
