Saw Ashleigh Bullen for wax removal. I have seen her before in 2023. She is so professional and good at her job. She is friendly, patient, makes you feel at ease and explains everything really clearly. I highly recommend her.

The practitioner I saw was lovely and very professional. She explained what she was going to do, answered all my questions and removed the wax from my ears (which was very compacted) effectively and confidently. Very pleased and grateful to be able to hear again!

A really good experience from booking through to the session on the day, which I did jointly with my wife. We don’t wear hearing aids but are at that age when it’s worth checking. We were very reassured to learn we both have normal hearing and don’t need hearing aid support for the next few years at least. The audiologist, Nikki, was brilliant. Thanks.

Dealt with very professionally. Everything well explained as I had never had any problems with my ears but I was aware my hearing was not what it should be. I was relieved to be told that I had a build up of wax which was something that had never happened before. It was yet another symptom of getting old ( I am 76). The wax was easily and painlessly removed and when a hearing test was carried out I was pleased to hear that my hearing was in the normal range.

A very good experience throughout. Hidden Hearing carried out a thorough set of tests, spending time to understand my history and gather any information that may be relevant. Results were explained clearly and put into context.

From the moment I arrived for my appointment I was made to feel welcome. The competent and informative staff from reception to audiologist were professional and thorough. The tests I had were different and more thorough than any I'd had before. The audiologist explained each one in enough detail for me to understand, which I greatly appreciated.

Niki was very professional, lovely to talk too explained everything as we went through the process.
