Looked after very well from entering shop door to leaving Tracey the receptionist was friendly polite and offered us tea or coffee on entry.Waited only a few minutes for young lady to call us in sorry can’t remember her name, Everything was explained before anything was done,it was quick easy and we will be returning again.

I’ve struggled with my ears for years and always put off getting them sorted which made them worse over time. Today i had them suctioned in Halifax and i was so scared and embarrassed about how bad my wax build up was but the staff were so so so lovely and welcoming and made me so at ease. From walking in i was offered refreshments and made to feel so welcome. The lady who suctioned my ears was constantly making sure i was comfortable and she did an amazing job, i don’t know why i was so scared lol! Would definitely recommend and i will be returning 😄

Everything about my visit to Hidden Hearing in Halifax was great. I was quite apprehensive about my visit, as I’d not had ear wax cleaned by this process before. However I was soon put at my ease by the staff and found the experience pleasant. The colleague who carried out the process explained clearly what was involved, kept me informed throughout the procedure, and showed me the result afterward.
