They were very thorough & booked me in for a free second session when they were unable to clear all the wax in the first one. Also has a free hearing test afterwards.

He listened and was honest. There was no hastle and I had almost given up on hearing aids as a solution before trying the suggestion. Very happy, straightforward and I'm although expensive, I hope I made the right choice.

I’ve had an earwax removal with Belinda this morning. Both of my ears were blocked. She treated my ears super professionally. She explained what to do to prevent my ears getting blocked again. I’ll be again in 6 month to make sure that my ears stay healthy. The receptionist Mary also deserves a mention. She smiles a lot and make you feel welcomed every time yo my arrive for your appointment. Great Team! THANKS!

I’d been considering a hearing test for a while now. Made an appointment and popped down to hidden hearing on western road, hove.

I was greeted by Mary, who was fabulous. And had my consultation carried out by Liam who is equally fabulous.

I had ear wax suction at the Hove branch of Hidden Hearing and was treated by Dee Hartman, who is always so calm, friendly and professional, and who really makes you feel at ease. The treatment was really thorough and well handled - it's amazing to be able to hear so clearly again now! I must also mention that the receptionist was lovely and helpful too. All round, a great experience. I 100% recommend Hidden Hearing.

The receptionist Mary was so friendly and welcoming and kind. Made me a coffee and just eo warm. My daughter was totally relaxed. The audiologist was fabulous. He was very good and made it very clear what he was going to be doing during the hearing test. He explained his results clearly and was also very friendly. I would highly recommend.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Hove yesterday. The Practitioner Dee was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at my ease. I would thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Could not have asked for better service. Did not expect home visits and follow up visits, everything was explained and demonstrated to changing filters etc. Office staff locally and head office helpful and efficient. Excellent service. Would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone.

Dee at the Hove, Western Road branch was very helpful and professional, and patient as my right ear needed some extra work to get the wax out.

Dee was very professional,explained what she was doing and why. Extremely rapid removal of the offending wax - entirely painless. Swift hearing test to follow showed my diminished hearing quite clearly. She was very helpful.

Liam - hearing aid dispenser was absolutely fantastic! Provided all the information, answered all our questions, detailed what happens along the whole journey and was very open, honest, kind and helpful when it came to my financial situation. Definitely recommend and will be booking in a future appt to get fitted.

As soon as I entered there was a lovely lady who greeted me and made me feel comfortable. When the appointment began the audiologist was kind and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend anyone who hasn’t been to go. You won’t regret it.

The audiologist was welcoming, explained things well and put up with two chatty women. Even though they aren't a small independent, I would recommend this branch of the service if you live in and around Hove. Lovely experience.
