The clinician Marco was very professional pleasant and gentle for the 86 years old lady I am BUT the receptionist Danielle was very rude and so unpleasant that unfortunately I will not go back.
The staff member spent an hour with me and was well-informed and responsive. I was able to trust his objectivity and advice.

My hearing was tested. It was explained to me what was happening in my ears. I tried a pair of hearing aids and discussed which were the appropriate ones to choose - all very clear and professional.

It was professional and competent
It was professional and competent. The audiologist was friendly. However, it was disappointing that waxy ears made it impossible to do the hearing test. The client always has to have wax removed - perhaps it would be better to arrange the wax removal in tandem with the test in future. We’ll probably do the wax removal at our medical centre a day or two prior to the test next time.
