Visited Hidden Hearing with some trepidation for wax removal. Khadisha at the Kingston branch soon allayed my fears. She was enthusiastic and sensitive. Both ears successfully unplugged with delicate treatment and a smile to boot. Thank you so much!

Khadisha was brilliant from start to finish - some of the best service I have ever had (beyond just the ears!) and her passion and energy really made my day. Hidden Hearing Kingston seem to offer long term solutions to wax problems - treating the condition rather than the symptom. Would high recommend!

My Hearing Review
I did not feel like enough time was spent exploring the issues I have with the product.I also did not feel like a valued customer after shelling out so much money to buy this hearing aid,then insuring it and then get charged for additional supplies for which I am sure the insurance pays.I felt that my needs were not met on this occasion.

I was welcomed by Khadisha Walters, who put me at my ease giving me a step by step description of what was about to take place.
I was very comfortable with the whole procedure and amazed at the amount of wax removed. After completion my hearing and balance were greatly improved.

Very fast, efficient and courteous service. The Audiologist who dealt with my ear wax check and removal along with the lady on Reception were all very pleasant, professional and punctual. An excellent experience and I shall certainly use them in future.
