Had hearing test hard of hearing mild to moderate she put in the best aids and yes they were good but the price horrendous £6k so i provisionally went for mid spec but didnt get to try them ones out so i thought about it when i passed specsavers hearing centre explained the technology and price they said there top of the range is £2k so have booked in with them. Would say though audika staff friendly and polite.

Staff were polite and helpful
Staff were polite and helpful. Full explanation of procedure given. I was shown types of aids now available. The only downside was that I required a replacement part for one of my hearing aids and was charged £60 for it. I could not afford it on the day so went back a few days later. Part was replaced very quickly.
