Excellent service — informative and zero sales pressure
I had my free hearing test today and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the audiologist was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly — exactly what each part of the test showed, what my results meant, and answered every question I had in plain English.
What really stood out was there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. They gave me my full results, a printed copy of my audiogram, explained my options — including the NHS route — and simply said "take your time, no rush, think about it." No hard sell, no pushing expensive models, just honest, helpful advice.
The appointment was thorough, the staff were lovely, and I walked away with a clear understanding of my hearing — which is exactly what I went there for. If you're putting off a hearing test because you're worried about being pressured into buying, don't be — this is the place to go.
