The appointment was on time. The test was thorough,fully explained and profesionaly carried out in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

I had my first hearing test today with hidden hearing and I was very impressed. The office in Stockport was welcoming and clean. The staff were excellent. Everything was carefully explained without being patronising and the test was free. If you need hearing aids, you pay for that but your annual check up (like you might have for your teeth or eyes) is free - well that’s better in fact because dental and eye tests are not free for everyone!

The chap that did my hearing testand my wife’s hearing test his name is Josh. Very polite explained everything before he did each test very professional? And the receptionist at the front desk, very polite and cheerful.

We met with Karen and Josh who pleasantly guide us through what would happen. It really helped Josh, the audiologist, having my wife with us, my advice is :- If you can, Take Your Partner or Close friend with you.
First class set-up and in depth test from a professional company.

Using up to date equipment and offering a good choice of up to date hearing aids in a modern clean environment.

I only found Hidden Hearing in Stockport through a Google search.
My initial enquiry was with Karen on reception. A lovely lady who made me feel at ease and had such a lovely manner. Nothing was too much trouble.
I then visited again today and had micro suction which was painless. Georgina carried out the test and she explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend a visit to the Stockport site if you are experiencing any problem with your ears. They also have a range of earing aids.
