Excellent service

I came to the appointment with my husband, who has worn hearing aids for many years. it’s his second appointment this year, and yet again more than impressed. Stephanie is always very pleasant and explains everything to us. Hearing aids had a good check and working well. I must add, Lauren at reception is an absolute pleasure

Sophie gave me a thorough examination, listened to my concerns and difficulties, and advised me on the most suitable hearing aids to resolve my problems. She addressed me by my given name throughout the consultation which I prefer but most professional people address me more formally.

Booked appointment over 2 weeks in advance and took a day off work to attend only to be told when I arrived for my appointment had been double booked and they would need to cancel it. I explained that I had taken a day off work to attend and showed them the email that I had received to remind me to keep the appointment, so I was told to take a seat and they would speak with someone and see if they could fit me in I sat there for a further 30 minuets only to be told that they would not see me today and that I could rebook if I still wanted an appointment, I declined and walked out as I felt that I had wasted my time and given up a day of my annual leave to attend. For such a big company I felt they were very unprofessional and could have contacted me sooner. to cancel the appointment.

Went for a hearing test at the Wolverhampton branch was greeted by a very nice receptionist and taken to meet zoyha who did the test she explained every thing really well to me and my wife everything was printed out for use to keep . Had two hearing aids which were fitted and explained very well all in all a good experience

The technician was very thorough & explained the pros & cons very well & though she could see the concerns we had she didn't use scare tactics for a sale, hence we were able to find what was available & went down the NHS route but will be forever grateful for the professional advice & checks given.

I much appreciated Zoyha. She was pleasant, helpful, very professional, explained well, put me at ease. A lovely person and an excellent audiologist.

What's made my experience is that the staff were excellent and made me feel at ease from the receptionist to the hearing tester I would have given more stars my experience with hidden hearing was out of this world and I would recommend hidden hearing to my friends and family

The staff who come to your home are very efficient and friendly. Zoyha is the lady who comes to see me.

In my case, it was a pleasure to be advised by a lovely attentive, knowledgeable young lady who put my needs first. Zoyha Yasin is a breath of fresh air in this sometimes false world.

This hearing check was conducted in the most professional way every step was explained and understood. Any questions were answered in the most polite and friendly way. This was done in a covid safe environment.

Myself and my wife went to the Wolverhampton branch for a hearing test, all the staff were friendly and very professional. My father has also used Hidden Hearing in another branch and was very impressed with the service and they actually supplied him with a hearing aid that does what it's supposed to unlike a previous company.

From the moment that I entered the premises, I was treated with friendly, efficient service. My examination was very thorough and most professional. The results of the tests were explained to me in a very concise way and the advice given was clear and fully explained. I purchased the recomended hearing aids which were then set up according to my needs and I left the premises wearing them. The results of the tests showed me to be bordering on the profoundly deaf on some tones and music, which is a large part of my life was just a horrible sound. Since wearing the new hearing aids I can hear clearly now and I can listen to my music played through the aids which is just magnificent. My experience has been a life changer and I cannot thank the staff at Hidden Hearing enough for all their care and professionalism shown to me. Thank you most sincerely.
