Like many I was completely dissatisfied with HK sound on my BMW.
And like many I looked around the country for audio car specialist but I find the reviews for Audiofile-Incar so compelling.
Fortunately for me Audiofile-Incar is on my doorstep but I was willing to travel to get the best and I must say Audiofile-Incar in terms of quality of the work , open mindness and willing to accommodate my requirements were outstanding.
After a discussion with Gary he came up with a solution that met my needs and wallet !
From dropping off the car to picking the car( including a courtesy car) was excellent.
The sound from the upgraded amp/hertz dsp great.
Although completely happy with Audiofile in car initial job I wanted a sharp bass.( which in fairness Gary he did highlight- I should have listened to him !).
Once again - discussion with Gary to pinpoint what I wanted he installed underfloor woofers and recalibrated the sound – amazing so happy.
In fact I was able to see the team at work and I must say amazing eye for detail.
Must say unlike a few local car audio fitters Gary was not pushy – just informative and super helpful.

I would totally recommend Audiofile in car if you want a great sound and professional job done right.

I contacted Gary and his team and at the end of July they fitted a rear view reversing camera, a front view dash cam and a 12V to 240V Inverter to my Ford Galaxy. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard with lots of little mods ensuring an excellent job. The Galaxy was returned to me spotless and you would never know the vehicle was practically taken apart to run all the cabelling to the various components. A very big thankyou to Gary and the team for a very professional job.

2008 110 Defender

From the initial contact by email/phone Gary and his team delivered a first class service, even his young son offered to make us tea/coffee when we went to collect.

Gary came up with ideas and solutions on how to customise my Landy to best suit my personal needs ( and those of my Labs !) Nothing was too much trouble and to say they went above and beyond is an understatement.

We had a courtesy car which in itself took me back to my youth and a fun little car to drive.

I can't recommend Audiofile Incar enough and would 100% go back to them if necessary.

Right from my first call Gary came across as someone I had known for years ad passionate about his business and value to customers. Just picked up my van (Renault Kangoo) which was a noisy old beast with horrid trye noise but no more even the engine noise is massively reduced, I cocooned into my cab with beautiful Audison AP1s and Ap5s speakers and a Alpine UTe 200 BT media single din geared into my phone with full support. A new reversing camera and now always on is a digital rear view camera is brilliant, The van and driving experience is totally transformed, the attention to detail is amazing. Not only that, Gary and the team are always thinking of how perfect the transformation can be, totally innovative and safe pair of hands. The new charging for my phone now all hidden away and discreet just perfect, the sound proofing on the bulkhead behind the cab, I had not thought of that but the guys did it for me in budget Just beautiful , I have been so well looked after with the highest level of workmanship, I tried a few places but only Gary and team took up the challenge and boy they have knocked it out the park. I recommend Audiofile-Incar thoroughly. Gary looked after me with confidence and patience throughout the process, and his ideas and recommendations were better that I thought or could expect. I am so happy. I will be back for a sub woofer to compete the audio sometime.

I came across Gary on YouTube while looking into upgrading my sound system. I had the base audio bmw spec which was beyond poor when you consider the car maker brand. They are some of the worst speakers I've come across lol.

The attention to detail from Audiofile-Incar is what initially got me looking into a higher brand of audio. The choices they made for their speaker components for example suggested to me that quality was of the upmost importance.

I wasn't sure on how much I was willing to spend at first. I had a cheap installation done with a local, I told him I wanted the Focals k2 100ks that Audiofile-Incar use and he told me it wasn't necessary and got me the entry level focals instead. They're a 1/5 of the k2's price and needless to say, I wasn't blown away.

I decided to shop around but I wasn't getting the feeling that there was a passion for car audio like I got from Gary at Audiofile-Incar at some of the other well known audio centres. I decided to make the 2hr trip to the showroom and listen to these bmw demo cars because it was starting to sound like a lot of how and I felt surely the sound couldn't be THAT different....

Needless to say after a demo if the system 3 plus I was booking a fitting loool. There was a 3 month waiting list, but I managed to get a slot within 2 months of placing my deposit.

Fast forward to receiving the car back and these guys are a true 5 star company. There are no lies in these reviews you read of constant praise, their work is of the highest quality and what is more impressive is that they choose to go above and beyond for the customer, you can sense that their reputation is High priority and they delivered for me. My infotainment setup is slightly different to what they were used to, my car was kept and extra day but it was so they could ensure that I received zero compromises to the quality of sound.

The car sounds amazing now. Its night and day. I'm giving demos lol my boys are coming to get their cars upgraded lol.

I feel quality work should be talked about, Audiofile-Incar are all about quality. I can't explain how the car sounds now, its unreal.

So I rang the team on Saturday needing to book my vehicle in urgently for some security after an incident and they didn’t fail! Managed to get me booked in on the Tuesday.
I could have gone to someone closer for the same equipment but for the customer service and quality you receive from Audiofile incar it’s worth it👌🏽 thanks again for the friendly service and quality installation guys.
Doesn’t matter if someone can do it cheaper it’s all about the quality and service you receive and that’s definitely guaranteed with Gary and the team.

So after a month of waiting to drop my car off I have today picked it up after it has been to Audiofile-Incar and all I can say is WOW. They've fitted my BMW with a system 3 plus, party sub, front and back dash camera, ghost immobiliser and a S5 Deadlock tracker. Right from the initial phone call with Gary to travelling from Birmingham to listen to the demo car to handing my car over the customer service has been nothing but friendly and helpful ive definitely made a friend for life and it feels like I've known Gary for a lifetime! The quality of the workman ship is outstanding credit to Gary and his team. I will definitely be back for more. I spent weeks researching the different companies in the UK that could do this work (one of which being not to far from here) but I knew that Audiofile-Incar were the right people for the job and I wasn't wrong so don't waste your time and just give these guys a call!

Very pleased with the service I have just received from Audiofile-Incar for installing a gps tracker to my new car , from first contact to the completed job on time .

Many thanks to Gary, Dave and team for the Meridian upgrade to my Range Rover Velar. I was disquieted with the poor quality audio given the cost of the vehicle. The upgrade exceeded my expectation, and I am pleased they installed the 10-inch sub for extra bass as opposed to the 8 inch.

Unlike some installers, they are conscientious and honest and act in the best interest of their clients. Gary was adamant the proposed upgrade was more than adequate for my needs and would address the shortcomings of the existing system. He insisted it was pointless spending any more money despite my determination – he was right!

The quality of workmanship is unquestionable; the engineers were meticulous and knowledgeable. As well as saving a small fortune, I now have a delightful driving experience. They are true professionals in every sense, and I would recommend Audiophile Incar to the harshest critics.

First class service from Gary and the team, installing a System 3+, Target BluEye and Ghost II immobiliser. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is exemplary. And the System 3+ sounds incredible. My driving experience has been transformed!! This is the second time I have been motivated to write a review in 45 years!! My Land Rover Defender was the first vehicle to have the Audiofile-Incar treatment. Full sound proofing, top quality light bars (I’ve experienced the Chinese alternatives), 2 x reversing camera and audio upgrade (Apple car play and a bespoke speaker setup to suit my vehicle) - all outstanding.

The second vehicle was a bespoke camper van that went to audiofile-incar for a full sound system design and install. The result is phenomenal and really shows what audiofile-incar can do when you leave them to it. Excellent design, knowledge of equipment, installation, a truly quality sound and ultimately a huge smile on my face.

Inevitably with a bespoke installation there will be teething problems - this is when you learn the most about a company - audiofile-incar have fully backed up the work they have done without question (even when they are completely booked out). A professional business with a very friendly team, you won’t be disappointed!

Delighted with the installation of the new audio equipment and navigation system. Courteous and professional service. After sales service is second to none.

Absolutely first class service and went above and beyond to help. Nice to see there’s still some good old fashioned customer service and professional advice out there. Never once did I feel like I had the hard sale and my new system sounds amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone if your looking to upgrade your system. Keep up the good work and in my experience anything less than 5 stars is not deserved. You won’t find better.

Highly dissapointed, was recommended these from another reputable ice provider but upon emailing them asking about connecting a cable to power dab I was told that they are only doing new installations so simply cant be bothered to even have a look. Considering I am local to them it sucks that they cant even help. Would avoid like the plague and find someone who actually has a passion and not just all about the money! Greed dont pay!

Really good experience. Everything was well explained and the work was really good quality. Very personal service too. Very happy with the new head unit and speakers. I'd definitely go back.

The team did an excellent job transforming my BMW 140i into true pleasure to be in. The noise insulation in the doors has significantly reduced road noise (which was fairly appalling) and the upgraded sound system is clear crisp and a pleasure to listen to. The hospitality car and customer friendly approach made dealing with the team a pleasure. The hole in my wallet was a little less pleasurable!
