Great service and knowledge.

Have been visiting Audiofile-Incar for almost 10 years and keep on returning as they do exactly what is required.

They have worked on 7 of my cars, from simple dash cam installs, to full System 3 installs. Work quality is always excellent, as is the advice given pre-purchase.

My experience was very positive. I was provided with a demonstration of the sound system available for my bmw 3 series touring and the website also have detailed information on the process. The system was fitted with no problem or issues. The result is a sound system that has transformed the basic Bmw system.

I wanted to upgrade my audio in my car as I was not impressed at all with the factory sound quality in my BMW so I started a little side project looking for available options for expansion and optimisation as well as companies that could supply and fit any resulting equipment.

On my ‘due diligence’ research shopping list were many things but top of the list had to be high quality of both the supplied parts and the resulting installation. I used to create and fit my own audio packages ranging from simple replacement of head units and speakers to complex full multiple amplifier and subwoofer installs and so on. I always take a lot of pride in my work once complete, however I no longer have the time to do this, and therefore wanted to find a company that would put in the same amount of effort.

After many hours of Google searches, perusing both independent review sites, BMW forums and many, many more, one company jumped out as head and shoulder above the rest in every area of my investigation, that company was Audiofile-Incar in Bishops Stortford.

They have a multitude of enhancements options for many vehicles including but not limited to audio upgrades options for my BMW and so I booked my car in for a first of two visits. My first priority was to upgrade my audio speakers however I wanted to do this while keeping my car as OEM as possible. Throughout the process, Gary and actually everyone I interacted with at Audiofile-Incar were extremely professional and helpful in their advice and recommendations. I ultimately chose the option of the System 3 Plus, which although on the face of it is quite expensive on further investigation is comprised of many hours of labour and top end audio equipment which after seeing (and hearing) the result is worth every hard earned £. I have since been back a second time and added the optional sub-woofer and 2nd amplifier as well.

I can honestly say that the quality of advice, parts, labour, fitting and installation far surpassed my expectations, so much so that I have taken the time to write this review to demonstrate my thanks and would personally recommend Audiofile-Incar to anyone.

I have just had my Defender back from Audio- file and I could not recommend them more. They have provided great service with real care. My truck now has a completely sound proofed interior with a wonderful music system installed that makes driving a pleasure, especially when combined with comfortable leather seats. The exterior has also been significantly upgraded with new lighting schemes, wheels, repainted roof etc etc. I just love this car and audiofile for making it look so amazing.any many thanks! Dominic
