It has been a very bad experience with extremely poor service. The way they handled the situation was unacceptable.
I placed an order for delivery four days ago and paid for fast delivery, which was supposed to arrive within one day. However, three days have passed, and I still haven’t received my order. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they keep giving me unacceptable excuses.
This is not my first time ordering online, but this has been a very disappointing experience. As of now, I still haven’t received my order.

Fantastic delivery
Had quite a few ceiling speaker systems from this company, good price and do what I need to do for background music. Delivery is second to none, ordered at 6-00pm on Sunday evening and turned up 2-00pm Monday afternoon.

I bought direct from the supplier.
I bought direct from this supplier as I like to support the smaller companies that don't always get due recognition for their products and service.
The product was also delivered earlier than was the ETA when I placed the order, and fortunately I was able to receive it.
As its a gift it hasn't been put through its paces as yet, but I did as recommended unpack and inspect the product which was nicely protected which is always a good indication of the products quality, so all good so far.

Great service, but no "leave in a safe place" option
Brand-new equipment delivered the next day as promised. I do wish they offered a "leave in a safe place" option (at my own risk), which would make deliveries more convenient.

I can see that we shipped your order on the same day that it was placed, however the courier didn't manage to get the parcels delivered in the expected 24 hour timeframe instead it was a day late.
