Really good system and the sound…
Really good system and the sound quality is pretty decent. You have to make sure your receiver is not too far away though but I was able to bring it closer to not have any laps.

My experience with this service was almost excellent, deserving nearly a five-star rating, but a few areas require improvement.
The delivery and billing address sections, were somewhat confusing, prompting me to reach out for support after the order as they were the wrong way round. Thankfully, their response was swift and helpful when I used the chat feature, as the phone system seemed perpetually busy and unresponsive.
A hiccup occurred with my shipping confirmation displaying incorrect information, which necessitated another round of contact. They promptly assured me that my order was correctly addressed, attributing the error to a technical glitch they're working to resolve.
The products were fantastic, but these logistical issues slightly marred an otherwise smooth experience.

Excellent Experience
Easy, straight forward ordering process. Prices are extremely competitive too, and products are of reasonable quality. Delivery is fast.
Most importantly, I made a phone call to this company for a semi technical advise on a product I needed, and the call was answered by a real human being promptly. For me, the ability to make real and reasonable contact with a vendor I am buying from is and will always be a deal breaker.
I recommend this company highly, and will be happy to deal with any time.

Informative and helpful
Before buying this item I check with the company to ensure that it would work with my system. I received a prompt reply providing me with the information I required & based on this ordered the internet radio receiver which works well and sound great. The delivery was due on Tuesday but it arrived on Wednesday, not the company's fault Yodel held it in their depot for a day, probably waiting for enough parcel to justify driving to Anglesey.
