Hi! Ordered replacement pads for my Bowers and Wilkins px7 s2. Global shipping was really fast, was packaged great, pads are awesome and clearly original as promised. Headphones feel like brand new again, for a totally fair price. All in all, a great buying experience. Thanks Audio Sanctuary! Will definitely be back for other audio needs in the future!

Really glad I found these guys - I'm always wary of businesses I don't know, and generally do a bit of due diligence (Trustpilot usually being part of that) but the website was so professional, and obviously operated by enthusiasts, I just went for it. Very easy ordering process and quite a niche product (Sennheiser RS195 replacement earpads) in stock and delivered the next day, brand new and sealed. Really happy and would heartily recommend 👍

I was referred to Audio Sanctuary by Stephan Orphanides from A&K. I had an issue with my SP3000T which wouldn’t allow me to download Spotify. I initially spoke to Joe over the phone who invited me to their shop in New Malden. On arrival I was greeted by David who was aware of my issue. David took the unit and half a later Spotify was installed. Joe and David were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them and intend to purchase from them in the not too distant future!!

The items were dispatched almost immediately by Royal Mail 1st Class post and arrived the following morning. Items were original equipment, exactly as described and a perfect replacement. I was looking for a very particular type of stereo adapter which I was having problems tracking down, until I spoke to Audio Sanctuary. They were actually out of stock but they ordered new stock and got back to me within a couple of days to say that they had despatched my order. extremely helpful and prompt service all round

I ordered a product online through the website on Thursday and recived it by post on Friday - unbelieveably good service. I had anticipated a 4 or 5 day timeframe to receive the product. What a great company!

Have had a pair of Sennheiser HD570 headphones for over 25yrs, cable had developed a dodgy connection.
Tried to source replacement from Sennheiser, unable to find item on their website, and no response to an email. Spent ages searching the net, luckily found Audio Sanctuary who were only company who had genuine cable in stock. Prompt delivery. Cable excellent, like having a new set of headphones with superb stereo separation.

My order was responded to immediately and I was given information as to how my order would progress and an expected delivery date.
Delivery was well within my expectations and I was kept informed of my orders progress.

Originally, I wanted to buy a replacement cable for my headphones, however as I am located in Austria the extra fees would've been HUGE, which I didn't know. Thankfully, they reached out to me and informed me, saving me from huge fees. I didn't end up buying anything, but I will visit one of their locations when I'm in the UK next.

Visited today and came away with spare parts for my dead Sennheiser HD650 cans - now fully working. A excellent start therefore.
I then made a um cough “serious mistake” - for my wallet that is, LOL - and listened to a pair of Sennheiser HD800S - with the inevitable outcome. Resistance is futile. Currently sounding very fine driven from my Naim Headline 2!
