On top of that a decent exchange offer and the best of the market discount for a new Dave. This was my second but not the last four digit purchase from them. Highly recommended.

Purchased of ex-dem Rega Naia with Aphelion 2 etc
I purchased an ex-dem Rega Naia turntable plus Aphelion 2 cartridge that was offered at an incredible discount (£8,000) in Audio-T's recent clearance sale. To complement this reference level equipment I upgraded my phono stage to an SPL Phonos Duo and the phono-to-preamp interconnect to a Chord Co Sarum T cable. I also decided to purchase the IsoAcoustics ZaZen I isolation platform to support the Naia. Very helpfully, Audio-T offered to take any and all of my old equipment in part exchange - two turntables plus cartridges and two phono stages, and a medium level Naim CD-to-preamp interconnect. This certainly helped to defray the costs of this major purchase.
This was all done through the Audio-T Reading store with Rishi. Customer service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for Rishi. He made three separate trips to my home, set up the new equipment and even packed up my WTL Versalex turntable that was included in the part-exchange. If you're familiar with the Versalex turntable you'll know that packing it up is quite an involved process. Rishi also offered much good advice and guided me in the choice of phono stage and interconnect cable. Needless to say, the new setup sounds just incredible and in a different league to my old Versalex-based vinyl system (good though it was).
I couldn't recommend Audio-T Reading more highly.

Brilliant, personalised service
Since the moment I placed my order with Audio-T, I have received a first-class, end-to-end service by Munir, who contacted me to discuss my needs, arrange delivery of the item, and even helped me with the installation and calibration; and when I had some follow-up questions he was very responsive and tried to answer all my technical queries. From my experience, the Audio-T staff are very knowledgeable and are as enthusiastic about audio and movies as I am.
