Marvellous experience with an expert salesman.

We have just purchased a new Rega Aethos amp which produces a superb sound quality. Andy’s expertise and product knowledge made choosing the right component easy for us.
We would definitely recommend Andy and Audio T Swindon 100% not only for their product knowledge but for their technical installation, relieving us of the headache of dismantling our old HiFi system and introducing the new components. Andy could not be more helpful in all aspects of the buying process.
We have been gradually upgrading our HiFi system and we would not go anywhere else. Andy is not a pushy sales person which we dislike, but gives you the information to make the right choice for you. So top marks to Andy and Audio T Swindon.

Expert technical support
I had a technical issue with a Rega Planar record deck. Jon in the Swindon outlet tested the mechanism and quickly resolved the problem free of charge. Jon was extremely helpful and if you want advice on entry-level or high end hi-fi systems go to see him at the store in Swindon Town centre, i.e. speak to the experts.

Valhalla replacement
After having had my LP12 Serviced and repaired I realised I was left wanting as I couldn't play half mastered 45 rpm discs as the Valhalla power supply does not support this speed Andy recommended the Hercules 2 power supply I dropped my Turntable off to Andy at Swindon on the wednesday and collected it on Saturday wow what a service! I can't thank Andy & Jon enough they offer a service which has disappeared from retail they are competitive and not box shifters they give you genuine professional advice for you to enjoy the music which after all that's what we buy HI FI for keep up the good work Andy & Jon at Swindon

Very good experience
After listening to my chosen kit in their demo room I came away with a brand new Arcam CD player and Rega deck. The guys even fixed my damaged speaker cable, nothing was too much trouble.

Experience of staff and the products…
Experience of staff and the products purchased was excellent. Very knowledgeable staff giving options and a very fair package deal at the end of it. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use on my hifi journey.

Perfect way to choose your ultimate speakers...
Relaxed demo with the three different speakers I had short listed. Andy was happy for me to set up with my amps and source for the demo. He then arranged a weekend loan of the ATC SCM 19s that I was interested in. Can't fault their service. Bought the ATCs with stands and can't be happier.
