I spent a very happy and insightful 4 hours in a listening room with Nic in Swansea and ended up with a setup which I was extremely happy with.

I have been buying my hi-fi, home cinema from Audio T for many years. The level of expertise in respect of product knowledge is excellent. The after sale installation is an important part of any purchase. Forget large chains and the internet if you want proper customer service and unbiased product knowledge. I've bought from Reading Audio-T before and have been well advised and guided by Gareth. It is the wise and impartial advice and guidance that I value most in this era of lesser hi-fi stores and questionable online reviews. I have been planning an upgrade to my old Sonos streamer for some time and when ready Gareth was able to offer me an 'ex-demo' model at a discount. I collected it and integrated into my streaming system - Roon managed with Naim Supernait amp, Dynaudio Spec Anniversary Speakers and various Sonos legacy speakers throughout the house. I will continue to upgrade this system as time and finances progress. I will continue to rely on advice and support from Audio-T in this process.

Whilst considering the old saying " you get what you pay for...", from my experience I'm very pleased with the purchases made from Audio T given the excellent advice provided and the post purchasing support and advice - very professional and welcoming.

I had a problem with a product I bought but it was resolved quickly and efficiently and I received a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied. The staff were friendly and informative.

Bought a pair of Acoustic Energy AE1002, great sounding speakers and were able to demo a pair at home which was RF rally helpful.

Great service - bought a new cartridge for my rega and they offered to fit it free plus do a service while they did it.

Audio T always provide excellent service. Nick from the Southampton store listened carefully to my upgrade plans, and arranged Justin from Audio T Bristol to supply and set up my new purchase. This was quite something, as it required a long distance trip. In Justin's hands the set up was safe - he knew exactly what to do, including all the cables and the online app side too. I'm very happy with the service Audio T provided. I have actually gone back to Nick for another item, which he is sorting for me now.
