We have already explained that the item was sent within 24 hours of payment and is being held in your Country's customs which is fairly normal and routine. Threatening us with low feedback will make no difference in terms of Customs clearance and we certainly cannot contact them from the UK and if we did, we would need an interpreter. I recommend that you wait for Customs clearance and please remove this nasty unwarranted feedback. Many thanks
