These guys are amazing and worth every penny. Amp was sent in on a Wednesday and returned working on the Saturday. Had a couple of calls on the phone and the service was very professional.

Saved a fortune having ours repaired rather than buying a second hand un tested unit on e bay.

Bose Amp - Car Porsche Cayenne.

We had a very water damaged BOSE amp in our 718 porsche. i didnt expect that a repair would be possible. Porsche said £2000 plus VAT to replace , re code the new unit to the car and install. That wasnt going to happen. These guys put in a new board, copied all the original data across from the old damaged unit, and i simply just plugged the refurbished unit back in and it worked perfect. 1/3rd of the porsche cost. Thank you very much

After having a repair to a window on my Boxster, my car subsequently filled with water when it rained heavily - unbeknown to me until I went to use my car again.

I had no radio satnav coms etc …

A friend recommended ‘Bose Repair Experts’ & they were absolutely brilliant. I was able to find out what the cost would be upfront, if they were unable to repair my Amp it would be refunded but they would advise my either way.

I’m pleased to say my Amp’s working again perfectly the car didn’t need any computer adjustments was just put straight back into my car.

Even during the summer vacation period my Bose amplifier for Cayenne was repaired despite the fact that some electronic parts were burned. They managed to change the board and tranfer the data from old board. Well done indeed. Many thanks! Highly recommended 🙂

Following a little self-diagnosis, it was clear there was a problem with my Audi Q5 Tuner Module. Lots of online tutorials enabled its extraction easily. Sent to Bose Repair Experts on 01 August and received it back on 06 August. Fully sorted, fantastic service, really pleased, and saved a fortune over a replacement module!!

My Audi SQ5 had been off the road for almost a year due to ongoing issues with its MMI system. During that time, I spent countless hours and a considerable amount of money trying to identify the fault. I consulted Audi directly, researched numerous online forums, and connected with other Audi owners who had experienced similar problems. Unfortunately, despite all my efforts, I was no closer to finding a solution.

The final advice I received from Audi was that, because the fault was electronic in nature, diagnosing the root cause would be difficult and could cost approximately $5,000 AUD just to investigate further.

Everything changed when I came across Bose Repair Experts in Scotland. Although I was initially sceptical about sending a critical component overseas, I contacted them via email. Their response was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. They provided a clear, step-by-step troubleshooting guide that quickly identified the amplifier as the likely source of the problem. I chose their expedited repair service with the extended warranty option. The amplifier was shipped to Scotland, and throughout the process I received regular updates, including a detailed repair schedule and a complete breakdown of costs. From the time the unit was sent until it was returned to Australia, the entire process took approximately six weeks, with the repair itself completed within the expected three-week timeframe.

When the repaired amplifier arrived, it included comprehensive reinstallation instructions. Installation was genuinely plug-and-play, and, most importantly, my Audi’s MMI system was fully restored and working perfectly.

Looking back, I only wish I had discovered Bose Repair Experts much sooner. It would have saved me significant time, expense, and frustration.

I can't praise this company highly enough. I posted my MX5 BOSE amp up to them, It was fixed in lightning fast time and posted back just as fast, all fully fixed and working perfectly. They really are the experts. Highly professional, great communication, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a BOSE amp repair.

Absolutely great experience from online booking a service detailed posting instructions to confirming receipt complete repair to good as new amplifier back in the car and working perfectly. Getting through to them on the telephone a little tricky / slightly confusing voicemail system but email support v good - they keep it short and simple. Very good paperwork
