My Audi TT's Bose amp developed what is apparently a known fault due to condensation issues, but they had it repaired in no time and I'm singing in my car again - with the windows up obviously :). Great communication throughout, would highly recommend.

Bose Repair Experts carried out a fantastic job on repairing on my Bose Amp for my Alfa Romeo Giulietta, to which a happy customer is now driving with Audio sounds 😊. The website was easy to follow and clear instructions on how to place an order as well as different options for payment (I selected pay upon completion).

I would have given them 5 stars but due to the poor packaging on returning my item, this is the reason to dropping to 4 stars. Having spoke with the team, they acknowledged this and would follow this up internally with the packing team.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I'm down in Australia, and the local shops told me my Audi A5's amp was unsalvageable (and would cost about $1500 AUD to replace and recode to the car).

Bose Repair Experts were able to replace the damaged components and get the unit back to me without the need to have it recoded, and even with shipping costs to and from Australia to the UK, the total cost of the repair was still less than half the local quotes I got.

I can't imagine there's a better option out there for folks trying to keep their old Audis running.

Bose amp fixed and returned with around a week. Excellent communications too.

Hard to find such places these days.

I found the company online after searching for good reviews,reliable place to have my amplifier fixed. Everything went well,I got updates when I asked.a little hiccup, but I got back a working amplifier and can't fault them.took longer than i would have wanted,but all sorted. Fitted back in vehicle, all Good. The price was reasonable and Chris sorted it all. Would recommend the company.

The guys did a great job fixing my amp with quite alot of damage, they kept the price reasonable and good communication, the only thing letting them down was the courier not delivering when they said they would. If you have a broken amp I would definitely get in touch with these guys.

Wonderful job in repairing my Bose amp for my Giulietta, and at a price considerably cheaper than buying new or from other repairers.
My amp was heavily water damaged and they we still able to fix it and in good time, showing their quality and pace of craftsmanship.
The water damage also made me look for water ingress into the boot and where I found rust, which im able to stop before it became even worse.
The most recommended and many thanks.

Brilliant service back in car working better than ever…

Had issues with sound cutting out and the head unit overheating - Posted it to them and received it back in full working order. Good communication etc, really happy with the service overall. Great to have a working stereo again, it's been on its way out for some time! Cheers

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place earned it, worst customer service ive ever experienced, sent off my amplifier for repair as instructed by my garage as I was told it was faulty, was then told by these there was nothing wrong with it and I needed to send the tuner box up as well, sent that up and never heard anything afterwards, phoned up every few weeks for updates but kept getting fobbed off, no updates, no communication, after 3 months I was demanding them back, to which I got an apology for mine getting forgotten about, but was told the work had been done, got both fitted back into the car and ive got exactly the same fault as when they was taken out for "repair" despite bose repair experts saying the fault was the tuner box, another garage has confirmed it is still the amplifier, so im doubtful if any work was even carried out, Definitely will never use these again and im now back to square 1 after over 3 months, with all the positive feedback, I really don't understand why I was an exception

Great service and good communication. Amp was returned quickly and works a treat. Stereo sounds as good as new. Highly recommend.

The only downside is that I couldn't undo the bolts to get my drivers seat out so had to pay for the amp to be removed and replaced, but the service was great. Easy to follow, amp was returned quickly and working and I have a working sound system again!!

Posted the mx5 amp forgot the details, rang them they sorted it out ,rang me when repaired paid by phone arrived next day fitted and working wife’s very happy.

Outstanding service and value for money, speedy repair, simple and clear communication at all stages and the repaired AMP seems to me better than before. Extremely relived and pleased to have the AMP back in the car, especially after the price Mazda quoted me...thought I'd need a second mortgage.

Sterling Service! Posted amp on a Tuesday and it was back with me the following Tuesday, all sorted and working well, and that was using standard delivery services. Very fast turnaround and lifetime warranty.

Fantastic service. Posted on Thursday and it was repaired and back to me by Tuesday. Price was almost the same as an unknown condition 2nd hand unit without a warranty whereas with this repair I received a lifetime warranty and it’s guaranteed to work! Works perfectly, so glad to finally have music back in my car, cannot recommend enough.
