excellent selection and good prices. but should be more realistic about time to receive merchandise. purchased gravis iii subwoofer listed as expected 7 days delivery but took almost 5 months to arrive, though problem seems to have been with sonus faber.

Unfortunately, we are dependent on the information provided by the manufacturer and have no direct control over their delivery schedules. The originally stated delivery time was based on their initial estimate. Since then, we have repeatedly followed up with them to obtain accurate updates, and we understand how disappointing the shifting timelines have been.We contacted the supplier again this morning and were informed that the delivery is now expected to take place within this month of October. As soon as the goods arrive, we will of course ship your order immediately.

Very slow response, terrible service.
I bought an audioplayer. It failed. I sent it back in two weeks after I recieved it, and suggested to exchange the device, because of the good reviews of it. It took 4 weeks after the return to recieve a new one. This one failed too. I wanted my money back, but Auditorium claimed they could repair it first. So I sent the second one back and heard nothing for a month, so I wrote them why it took so long.
Auditorium says it has no influence on the speed of repairs. They have now had the second new device under repair for 6 weeks. I have now been without a good working device for over 3 months.
Good service is fast and if that is not possible; offer a replacement device at least temporarily.
But you don't hear anything. I've never experienced anything this bad.
