Good price, great communication. Just a bit of a problem with the delivery courier (DHL) who did not deliver the package to our house and falsely claimed that they did. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

I ordered Melomania P100 SE from Auditorium. The purchase was fuss free and when I contacted the customer service with enquiries, I was responded to within a day's time. The headphones were shipped on the day of payment receipt and I received the shipment in a matter of days (slight delay due to the winter weather). They included a packet of caramel popcorn in the shipment which was a pleasant surprise. The headphones are in pristine condition, packed carefully and function perfectly. Auditorium is a trustworthy dealership - I highly recommend them.
