I cannot recommend this brand or its products. The bag looks beautiful but the strap is falling apart after only a few months of gentle use. Customer service did not want to offer me any type of compensation. They wrote: “However, we’re unable to cover damage resulting from wear and tear due to usage—especially since the item was delivered nearly three months ago.” Meaning they clearly did not expect the bag to last much longer than a few months. Thus, I am extremely disappointed by the bag’s quality and the customer service I received, and can thus sadly only warn against buying their products.

Got my first bag in less than a week and I was so impressed I immediately ordered another. The quality is incredible for the price and the design is just chefs kiss. Everything went well and I’m really happy with the whole experience

I ordered the Sabine Woven Bag in Small and it’s seriously the CUTEST thing ever! It goes with every outfit and I get compliments all the time. Delivery was quick and smooth

I regret buying from this brand. The bag I received was poor quality and absolutely not worth the price. But the worst part? They completely hide the fact that if you want to return the product, you have to ship it back to China at your own cost — and that cost is actually more than the price of the bag itself.
