Absolute scum

Absolute scum. They sent the letters and emails, so initially, I paid the first letter. Then, more letters and demands, so I cancelled the membership and the payment agreement. Having not used the sh@t date site for more than a year. One YEAR later they sent me a new letter for 78 euros! Don't respond and don't pay-they are scam scum.

These people who pose as legal…

These people who pose as legal representation of other dubious online dating services are scammers, the companies they claim to represent are fake service providers,if you join them and later try to cancel your subscription, that's where these scammers auerwitte thiel jumps in, they will send you threatening emails and letters with court action demanding rediculous amount of money,at first I panicked and agreed to pay the initial amount of 42 euros they claimed I owed to client Paidwings which was meant to settle the matter and close the case, that amount included collection fees and legal costs,I paid the money and sent them proof of payment,a week later they came back looking for more money, now they said I owed their client 93 euros the matter closed within a week, that's when I started realizing that these people are fake.I did some background check on them and their so called client Paidwings,I was surprised by the reviews I came across about them,it seems they are running a network of fake online service providers to scam people and scam you even more when they show up as legal representation of those bogus clients they claim to represent.

scam

EN :this site collects money for various companies with dubious practices. In my case, a dating site based in Switzerland that tried to renew a subscription that had been cancelled 3 months earlier and that, despite all the evidence, is demanding money from me via this German company. I have provided the evidence but for a year now they have continued to send me reminders and threats every week, without ever daring to come to court in my country (France) where they would be sure to lose.

Scmmers

These so called legal people are hand in hand with a company Paidwings that scam people out of there money, claiming you owe them hundreds of pounds when you have never even dealt with the company.
Had a letter from Munich claiming l owe them £254. There is no address on the letter where you can dispute the claim. Is all they give you is an email address collection @auerwittethiel.com.
So this business is committing fraudulent actions by demanding money people have not agreed to pay. This is the second time Paidwings have tried this with me, a couple of months ago they maid a claim against my bank account. And my bank paid them £179 without me authorising it with my card reader when they want me to use my card reader for £49 and above.
These so called scam artists being a registered legal solicitors in Germany are bogus take no notice of them. They are threatening to take me to an English court to recover the monies they claim l owe Paidwings.
