Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. They don't reply and when they do they give shitty excuses or they tell they will fix it. I wanted to end my membership after 2 years, sent them multiple messages but they keep on charging me. Never again!

The scooter did 4000km before the pole cracked, the webshop had break pads and every small things I needed and Could replace by myself,
I was late with payments up to 3months, they only sent a few emails but they were really chill about it,
I cannot say anything negative about them

The S210/Circulail/Ultra/Altoru

The S210 also called Circulair is good for short rides with low weight. It has a low-power engine with tops 360W - And it’s Torque(Nm) isn’t something to brag about neither. It’s good I had it for a few years but they simpelt just can’t handle everyday rides in all kinds of weather. I had a few e-scooter replacements in the past due it’s engine simple getting weaker as time goes (quicker than you would expect) - it’s sad as it’s a great and very mobile version that is light and can be brought in car, busses or trains etc without lifting 200kg.

Battery life is very different. Sometimes it runs longer (35-40km), whilst other times it runs for 20km. It all depends on battery charging cycles and how the battery bin stored and maintained correctly. Also the colder it gets = uses battery much faster. But I think it’s a general “issue” for all battery driving engines.

There was a time when you could buy / rent a stronger battery, but I think they stopped the production. I have it though and it has 460Wh instead of 360Wh and it has 9.6Ah compared to the other (standard) which is 7.5Ah - you feel a slightly stronger engine with faster acceleration but up hills (not even serious ones) it still struggles. I am 86kg and it can drag me which huge struggle and using a lot of battery power. If I’m lucky it can do 18km/h. Often even lower and this are hills at tops 20-25%. That’s a bit disappointing. So if you want a e-scooter that’s still classy; light and mobile I would choose their Altoru Model instead, slightly better battery. ALOT more torque(Nm) and totally different engine type with boost function.

If you just need short rides with low speed and not the greatest power nor battery 🔋 life time go for the S210 - Circulair.. If you need that too model with lots of more power don’t choose this model.

I had augment for quite a few years now and they never let me down and their support is so fast and good even it’s only live chat. Never had any issues at all. I highly recommend ! But read on all models, or start a chat with them

I made my last payment with Augment

I made my last payment with Augment, and on the same day they asked me if I wanted to renew my maintenance contract. I said “yes, please,” and they replied, “oh, but your contract has ended now,” so they don’t want to renew it. I’ve been messaging them, but they’re ignoring me. Before, when I asked questions, it was the same thing with that Quentin — always ignoring or giving stupid answers. I asked for a replacement scooter because my tire was flat and the scooter wasn’t in good condition anymore. They asked me if I wanted a replacement scooter, I said yes, and then they just sent me a tire and told me to fix it myself. I recommend everyone stay away from these fly in the sky people. Stay ignoring me no problem ;).
