Augment.eco out of nowhere blocked my scooter. When I was far from home. There is no reason to block it as my invoices is paid and even we are done with our contract. I tried to contact them, but the number on website is not working and it’s been a 2 hours at this moment, no one answered me. So now I’m walking for 5 km to get taxi. And this is not the first problem with this company. Cannot recommend it. As well now I have my 2nd scooter, as first one that I bought didn’t last for even a year. So they sent me replacement and it also took some months.

The braking system of this electric scooter is excellent. Even during hard braking, there’s no risk of tipping over. Whenever I ride it, I feel fully confident that it won’t cause any accidents. The build quality is also extraordinary.
I just want to say it’s heavy Machine.

Great e-scooter, great support and customer service, app, etc. It has made my life a lot easier when commuting to work especially. It is also very easy to take on the bus or the car, if needed, as it is lightweight. Very happy with Augment.

Save your money, battery long range, can’t even go 10km with a weight of 80 kg.
If you want to keep the scooter after subscription ends, you again need to pay a lot of money.

The E-scooter is good for its purpose but the battery doesn’t serve as needed. Please work on the batteries it will help.

The scooter makes my daily work easy. Its good to use.

Received the scooter in great condition. I rented a used one. Received quickly and works as a charm. Also very easily foldable wich was a nice surprise. No downsides so far.

It started off as a good idea, but it's not working. In the last month I had to change the scooter 3 times because they keep sending refurbished ones that don't work properly. The last one just stopped working after 1 day of use!! all the fast response and sending another one in good time doesn't mean a thing if your product is bad and doesn't work. waste of money!

I do 14 km a day with my scooter. It has good performance, good balance and good lighting. I am very satisfied and recommend it.

All is awesome, has fast service, but I wish you guys could make something way stronger that would go faster (on the driver's risk, of course).
Also rear wheel drive would be great, because the roads have so much gravel and ect, so when you take turns slowly and push the accelerator then it's very dangerous. Slippery.
Otherwise, fast and friendly service and the new Alturo quality is very neat. (Rear wheel break loosens way too quickly though)
I just wish it was faster.

E-Scooter works fine. Enough power, but could handle overheating a little better. The app is useless. Needs manual unlocking trough phone every 10th time. Also when not using the app for some days, it logs off completely. I don‘t want to enter my e-mail and password into an app when I‘m in a hurry and just want to use my e-scooter.
