Thanks to these guys I was able to get hold of some records that would never be available outside of Russia. They were well packed so arrived in perfect condition.

For those complaining about the high prices, blame your government for putting ridiculous sanctions on Russia not these guys. Plus this is a business therefore they need to turn a profit.

Was helpful during the process of receiving the item. Took pictures of the item as well to let me determine if I still wanted them (there was a slight stain on it, so I appreciated that). Was honest about the Tariff charges and fees, so I wasn't surprised by anything. I would use them again.

This is a very reliable service. They purchased exactly what I requested and provided photos once the item arrived at their warehouse. The item was then carefully repacked and shipped to the destination.
They made a special effort to pack it in a way that allowed shipment via regular international mail instead of EMS, and surprisingly the package arrived quite quickly at a fraction of the EMS postage cost. Customer support was excellent at every stage of the process. It is great we can buy items using this service.

I's a little bit scared to use the service, nevertheless I've placed 3 orders, they help with purchase, consolidate the orders and ship them as one. Delivery was quite quick. Everything went very smoothly. They have very quick response time and are very helpfull.

The exchange rate is a little bit high and it would be good to add an option to use RUB as currency if you pay wth crypto but still

i paid 100 euro for one 1,17kg package what was shipped through post office and waited almost 2 months for it to arrive

they are charging 15 euro for pickup which i never saw in any other forwarding service, it should be FREE

to compare - package from USA, which was 1,5 kg, cost me 20 euro (with pickup, repackaging and shipping), it arrived in 3 weeks

its basically a scam at this point and their services + shipping is worth 30-40 euro max for this type of package

their company is charging way too much + they are paying people for "positive" reviews so they can earn at least some money to reduce costs of their expensive services (customers will earn money only if they submit positive review, not negative)

when i tried to confront them that im going to write a negative review about them as i was not happy and asked for partial refund (half of full price), they deleted my account, didnt even bother with reply

do you understand that NONE other company like yours is charging customers for: "using an address", "warehouse processing", "the manager's work to pick up a parcel", "forced repackaging"

Fast delivery. On the same day of purchase. I used the Assisted purchase option for digital goods i couldn't order online because I'm from EU.
Everything worked, recieved in email and on website also. Quick pay with Paypal.

They reply very quickly on WhatsApp whoever works for their WhatsApp needs a raise. Considering there are restrictions the price to pay isn’t an issue.

Only issue I had was with the sellers being away on holiday/taking long to respond

Great services and very serious personal. They are very eager to help you in your purchase and to solve any problem. The exchange rate is a little bit high and the some fees also high, overall price result being high too, but for rare or products made special for Russian market or things you can`t find anywhere in the world or other sites it worth it.

I ordered some older car parts that were only available in Russia and the service was great. They were very responsive to all inquiries. The cost of using this service is expensive but so is any other similar service. I have used the same services from China and Japan and they are all expensive.

I think paying to open the packages upon receipt at their warehouse should not cost anything as they have to do that anyway to confirm the item and also if they consolidate the order. If I'm paying for that, there should be better more detailed inspection process of goods received. I can see one item I ordered had some flaws and there is only one picture sent of the item. I am able to fix it myself so that wasn't a big deal. If it arrived in worst condition then what the one photo showed, I would have requested a refund for the item and all services rendered.

Exchange rates were high converting to Euro. Everything shipping was very expensive. According to the postal documents on my package, it showed the shipping cost paid was less than what I actually paid.

Overall, the service and communication is good all around, there is just a fee every step of the way, so be prepared for that. I was prepared for that and would use the service again if needed.

I live in California. Found Aukciony when searching for, "ship things from
Russia." I was very skeptical of any shipping companies from Russia, since I didn't know if it was possible or if it was a scam. But from the beginning, the representatives on Aukciony were quick to answer any questions, they ordered what I wanted with my credentials to log into what I asked for. They never gave me any doubts and shipping came in very quickly from Russia. This middleman is legit and professional. Appreciate the fact that they're extremely honest and legit.
And I do see some reviews saying that they charge a lot. The commissions they charge are actually not that bad. It's the tariffs when shipping that will make you want to cry. But that's not Auckiony's fault.
