Excellent service

Excellent service! I ordered some rare books of scientific literature - the contact person was very nice and helped me a lot with the communication with the bookstores. Also the books arrived very well packed! Thanks a lot for the expedience and for the great service!

Just received my packages!

All my items in my first parcel came neatly packaged! The cardboard was still sturdy and my items were all covered in bubble wrap, so they arrived safely! It came with the invoice and I got a chocolate bar, too! I’m so happy!

While buying, some of the fees surprised me but that was because I didn’t understand the way the site worked yet. If you don’t input the price for shipping when you buy, of course, they will have to send you the bill for picking up your parcel separately. I ended up not being able to get an impossible-to-find item I really, really wanted because I did not get the notification about the pick-up fees (and my order not being ordered until I paid them) in the few hours that I was taking a nap and so someone else bought it. It is understandable that this happened because I did not pay my other pick-up fees at first for previous items, because I forgot to check my email and so I did not know that I had them for a few days. Then, I had to try and figure out why I was getting new bills when I thought I had already paid for shipping. Waiting for responses and responding and waiting for responses again took another day also.

If you have a balance on the site, they will use that balance to cover what you have not paid for yet. You will have to keep an eye on it yourself so you know if they charge from it, which is understandable. Why would you have a balance on the site if you’re not going to use it to pay for bills? I see that other people have left negative reviews about this. While I understand that getting surprise bills is unpleasant, it makes sense that things slip through the cracks. There is a partial language barrier and a service like this is hard to come by, so of course it will be expensive! That being said, please come prepared with the right amount of money! Honestly, since finding a proxy buying and shipping service for Russia is so hard to find and since it probably costs a lot to do all this, I am more than happy to pay a little bit extra.

Shipping to the US is about $90 so you best consolidate your packages. Processing and Pick-up fees end up being about $50 too ($25 each), so you have to be smart with your orders! You get 2 months of storage in Aukciony’s warehouse, but they will not tell you about due dates and other things so you have to keep track of how long your packages are there.

The managers all replied at a moderate pace, which I appreciate. I have worked with proxy shipping services for other countries before where I would not get a response for a week unless I repeatedly asked about the progress of my items, so working with Aukciony was refreshing because they sent me updates though my email when they did things!

When it comes to my second parcel, I was so excited to get my order! I ordered a little elf doll off Avito. I assume someone else put together this package because the packaging for this item was ripped up and it was open along the corners when it arrived. I think my elf got a little damaged during shipping, but that’s okay! It’s nothing I can’t fix! I ordered another package and it was shipped nicely, so I think maybe it was an issue with USPS and not Aukciony, though I would have felt maybe a little bit better about it if it was in bubble wrap. Also, my order was cancelled at first without me knowing because the seller was on vacation and I had to ask to find out why. I wish I was told from the beginning when Aukciony decided that it had to be canceled, so I could have made that decision myself. I mean, I really wanted it and I would hate to imagine that I couldn’t get it if I didn’t go out of my way to ask! It all worked out in the end, though, which was good.

Otherwise, very happy with service!

I was provided a tracking number which was nice! I used it very frequently. Also, they provide updates when items are bought and updates and then pictures of the items when they arrive at their warehouse, which I like a lot! I started checking frequently after realizing that I had more bills to pay and so I didn’t miss those! I want to mention again how nicely my first parcel was packaged! It actually arrived right after the second one, so I was pleasantly surprised! My book was zipped up in a very clean plastic bag and it and my bookmarks arrived in perfect condition!

Their comment system is very useful. They open threads underneath each package and you can still access them even after you consolidate orders, so all of your past messages are still available to you!

After I save up some more money, I will be using this service again! Five stars! Thank you, Aukciony!

You scammed the wrong person

You scammed the wrong person. You sent me threats of blocking my account before I even said a single thing that could warrant for it. No company rightfully charges TWO seperate times without any means of communicating that fact and quadruples the prices the second time, only scammers do that. You do realize your site is full of broken english? Horrible UI, even IF it was written somewhere nobody can find it, let alone it's a lie because it's your job, if you were a real company, to put that as an acknowledgement while ordering in our faces before we can even order.

This is the 4th time you are writing a review from your 4th account, but you got your money back 100% (this is PayPal), after you refused to pay for delivery, we lost a lot of time, paid for delivery to the warehouse and back to the seller, the seller has not returned the money to us yet.. (all the explanations below are written in your other reviews), the client pays through PayPal understanding that there is no risk, knowing the PayPal rules, you can return the money if the parcel is not sent and there is no tracking number. In my opinion, there is no need to think for a long time that all the risks are on us and not on the client. You are writing now either out of stupidity (sorry, there is simply no other way to say it) or you were paid to write negative reviews. We have studied your claim and inform you that the goods have been successfully purchased and delivered to a warehouse in the city of Izhevsk, Russian Federation, which can be seen in the photo report (you saw the item). But you said that we are scammers and you are not going to pay for shipping, and you will open a PayPal dispute, and close it only if we send you the parcel for free.

It is necessary to understand that we are a delivery service, we help to purchase goods in Russia and Europe, we work with sending parcels to customers by regular post or EMS (for customers from the EU, delivery by our own transport is offered).
The final cost consists of 2 stages, first the purchase of goods in Russia (the client creates an order and pays if the cost of services is acceptable (the manager informs about the change of the order if the cost of delivery in Russia and collection of the parcel from the post office is not specified). Next step - after warehousing (fotoreport, weight, dimentions) the client arrange and pay delivery (packaging 9 euros, export procedures 15 euros and the delivery rate according to weight).

Have worked out 2 packages through their service but they keep adding more costs

At the end it’s so expensive that it wouldn’t be worth using their service at all! I would avoid this at all costs

They use all kind of shady import routes at extreme costs

Outstanding Service

I recently had to order a car part from the russian website drom as it was the only place I could obtain a crucial part, the team took my link to the product page, ordered the part for me to their warehouse, took pictures once delivered to the warehouse and then shipped to me in the uk with tracked shipping all the way from russia.
Payment was as simple as using payal and the team members I was in contact with were incredibly fast to respond and very helpful along the whole process.

Amazing service!

I found an item that was only available in Russia, being in the UK it is impossible to buy direct, when googling what I can do and stumbled on this website. I purchased using PayPal for the extra protection. It was excellent service, they purchased the item for me, sent pictures to confirm I was happy and the item was shipping to me and arrived in less than two weeks! Excellent service and I can’t wait to purchase again.

Efficient and Friendly Customer Support

I attempted to purchase an item from a store in Russia. They helped me condense my order to save on shipping, however there was an issue with the store. So sadly I wasn't able to complete my order. They immediately deposited credit into my account and once I requested a refund, a PayPal transfer was sent almost immediately. This whole interaction took place over 36 hours and with less than 5 emails. I'm very impressed by their customer support. Although I wasn't able to complete this purchase I'll be sure to try again in the future.

Totally recommend aukciony services

Totally recommend aukciony services. i ordered a very heavy and long item from Siberia to Greece, not only the manager was able to tell me before hand the total costs of the shipping and the customs but also when the parcel got returned for dimensions reasons they where able to find a solution in order for me to get the package. Always answering the chat on their website providing all the information.
Overall very professional, totally recommend and use their services again.

Refusing to provide service I paid for or to refund me

I placed an order for this company to buy goods on my behalf and post them to New Zealand. I was told that posting them to New Zealand would cost around 50 euros. I paid the invoice. I was then told that I will have to pay another exorbiant amount to send it to Germany first so it can then do on to me. They are refusing to refund me my money for what I paid for which is over 200 euros.

EDIT:

1. This is a lie, you did not provide me a tariff schedule. You don't even have it anywhere on your website that you can't send to New Zealand. I would not have paid the shipping to New Zealand if you had, let alone have used your service.
2. You haven't even given me a list of countries I can send my parcel to even though I asked you to provide me this list so I could still receive my parcel. Your manager said herself she wouldn't give me this list because I had already paid shipping.
3. You sent me a bill asking me to pay this 67 euros even though I never agreed to pay it - and even then, the total amount for the order would amount to over $400 NZD, which is absolutely insane for something I paid less than a quarter of that amount for. It is literally illegal to change the price of a service and demand further payment after an invoice has been drawn up and paid for and it is in violation of Paypal's terms and conditions of use.
4. I was more than reasonable in my initial responses to you, but the manager you had overseeing my case was uncompliant and unhelpful. I asked to speak with another manager several times and my request was not granted.
5. I spoke with New Zealand customs several times and there is no reason at all that you can't send it to New Zealand, as the sanctions only apply to certain goods.
6. I did speak with your helpline and they told me that sending to New Zealand is possible - why the hell would I have used your service if it wasn't otherwise?
7. You have deleted my account to prevent me from claiming further evidence against you, which proves all the more that you are trying to cover up what you have been doing. Fortunately I was able to get more screenshots to show Paypal before you did this.

It is unbelievable how you won't even apologise and you continue lying like this.

The client was informed of tariff schedules for sending by Russian Post. Delivery to some countries is not available (New Zealand, Australia, Poland, Finland...) due to sanctions and the situation in the world .., so the client is informed that we can ship to another country, if you have the opportunity, please provide the address. An additional payment of 67 euros we offered for delivery through our warehouse in Berlin and further shipping by DHL to New Zealand. But the client doesn’t want to hear and gives a bad rating. We understand that the product is not expensive, but even a light T-shirt to be delivered to New Zealand from Russia is now an expensive. Before ordering, need to check with the manager the possibility of delivery to the customer’s country and the cost, according to the dimensions, weight and q-ty of goods in the box, also need to understand that all goods arriving from abroad undergo customs clearance and taxes may be paid upon receipt.

I am satisfied with the service

Ordered stuff from a Moscow store that refused to ship to EU. Aukciony worked great, quick, though the service costs, shipping and exchange rates were a bit high. Luckily they made up by being creative shipping the goods. All in all a great service which I would use again and recommend.

Basics: 1) an order is created for payment with a total cost, including service commission ~10% (min. 15 euros), i.e. if a item costs 1000 rubles (10 euros), then redemption and delivery will be very expensive, and if the item costs 100,000 (1000 euros), then redemption and delivery will be good with post shipment. Often clients contact us without reading at all what is indicated on the website. We can send the parcel directly from Russia if there is delivery to the client’s country, if not, then through our warehouse in Europe, but there are additional costs. This needs to be taken. I've used their virtual address service multiple times. I've received all my orders in good shape. They had quick response times, and full support when most needed (once carrier delivered an order to a neighbour).

Steer clear of this site

I wanted to buy something in Italy for shipment to Australia, but all the other websites that offered this service were very expensive. I was a bit wary of Aukciony given other reviews, but decided to try it with a small purchase. Initially it seemed to go well - they sent me a photo of the item when it arrived with them, and a cost to forward it. The cost was higher than advertised on their site, but not as high as other sites. I paid via Paypal. 6 weeks later it still wasn't shipped and they hadn't answered my requests, so I raised a dispute through Paypal. Their response to that was to say they could not send it and would refund me, but they just canceled the order without refund. I received a refund via Paypal but that means that my item is now lost to me.

Hello, perhaps you needed to clarify the possibility of delivery to your country during a pandemic. We regularly ship thousands of orders to different countries and offer an adequate shipping rate.
Imagine, you live in Italy and your friend from Australia asked you to send a parcel, and if sending is not possible, then you run to write a negative review about the company, I think you need to first ask the company about the possibility of sending to your country. We understand your indignation, but there are no shipments to many countries, and the information appears only at the time of dispatch. Let me emphasize that we send by courier service EMC and post, we work with repackaging in a warehouse in Trieste (Italy), Berlin (Germany), Rijeka (Croatia), Koper (Slovenia), Moscow, Kursk, Vladivostok (Russia). We have intermediate warehouses for organizing delivery (assisted purchase) from many countries of the European Union. But even with many logistic routes, some countries also remain in a zone of no accessibility. Sorry for the inconvenience. We rarely look at reviews, so please check the delivery option to your country with an online consultant.

Horrible scamming service.

Horrible scamming service.

I have used various other forwarding companies, and never was a i scammed like here. I ordered a package to their virtual address in moscow. Upon arrival, i got a picture of the inside, and immediately, my account was set to -9 Euros, and a bill for 20 euros was issued to me. So, before i even organised any forwarding they want to charge me 29 euros. Out of nowhere. I barely spoke to them other then to ask where to send. Their explanation is, as quoted

- 9 euro ( < 5 kg) packing a parcel

The 20 euro fee is supposedly for "picking up my package", whatever that meant in the broken english the person on the site named "vasilii" writes in. The package arrives at the location the display as their warehouse and they charge you 20 euros to pick it up from there??? There's no mention of this anywhere. Once you ask the support, they reply with

So they outright don't display proper information in the english part of website.

Furthermore, to make matters worse, once you try and organise the shippment forwarding once this item came to them, you go to see how much you pay, and it outright is double then their shipping calculator.

So, i go to their shipping calculator, enter origin country, destination country, weight, all exactly the same as it's on their website, and i get 30 euros estimated shipping.
Then i go into orders, try to organise the forwarding, i put SAME EXACT THINGS and it gives me DOUBLE the money, 60 euros. When i ask support, they say

HOW CAN THE CALCULATOR FAIL FOR 100% OF THE AMOUNT lol. It should display exactly the same price if you put everything the same. It's clear they are scamming.

so anyway, what looked like around 30 euros forwarding from the initial shipping calculator, so far they expect me to pay 89 euros for the forwarding :)) This is hilarious.

Thanks for your feedback. We will try to show full information. But sometimes this is not possible due to a number of reasons. Russia is a big country, with its own mentality; sometimes you have to incur additional costs to buy goods with door-to-door delivery. the courier company does not deliver to the door, although the payment is 100%. If you use our address for purchases, it is assumed that the parcel will be delivered to the door, but you do not even see how the manager is trying to receive it, unfortunately, door-to-door delivery does not always work in Russia. After receiving the parcel, we provide a photo of the content (we always inform the client and show show content), after the parcel is packed by the manager, of course, not free of charge, which is indicated in the commission section, is 9 eur for parcels less than 5 kg, 18 eur for weight less than 10 kg, 24 eur up to 20 kg and a choice of packaging material. Clients often create a groupage parcel, connecting a lot of goods, for this reason we introduced a commission of 2 euros for the disposal of packaging. The request of customers, if you are going to buy goods in Russia, you need to consult with a manager to calculate the cost, an online consultant will always answer all questions.
The shipping calculator shows the approximate cost, for the exact cost use the tariff scale shown in your personal account, without warehousing fee, because the cost of services are different for each countries, for example, in Moscow to pick up the parcel that the client sent to the post office 30 euros (4 hours of work), in Kursk and Vladivostok 15 euros, you need to understand that we are not a reference company, and our employees are individuals who work in logistics, packaging, sending parcels and goods.
