I will never use this company again as…

I will never use this company again as their customer service is terrible and the system they use are incorrect. Tickets were emailed with 25kg baggage per person.
I called them to enquiry and they re confirmed over the phone and chat that 25kg baggage was included for each passenger. We turned up at the airport and the airline stated that baggage wasn't included for 2 kids. After several chats and phone calls they now state that the e-tickets sent were not e-tickets ( although written in back and white).
I would strongly suggest to book through a physical travel agent or direct with the airline unless wanting to end up with a spoilt holiday like ours. This company doesn't care about their mistakes.

This company pretty much scammed me

This company pretty much scammed me. On skyscanner, i booked a ticket that showed 35KG baggage allowance each passanger (2 were on this ticket so 70KG). They sent us a confirmation email with this as well. However they then sent us the tickets in another email with 25KG allowance instead. When we called to ask them, they said to call the airlines, and the airlines said to call them. Tried to get some form of compensation given the error. They have since ignored our emails and calls. DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

Don't recommend this agent

Don't recommend this agent. I was notified of a significant change to flights over 2 weeks ago, and the new flights do not work for me. I rejected the propsed change and requested a refund. I have sent 4 enquiries and had no response to date. Aunt betty recommends contacting via Web chat, but the wait time is 3 hours and it keeps disconnecting while im waiting.
I appreciate that there is major disruption to air travel at present. However, I note the response time to negative online reviews is faster than to enquiries.

Customer support wait time

I had a very simple question regarding the status of my flight. Myself and the friend I booked with received one email saying that our flight was booked and is confirmed. However he then received another email saying it failed to book. When we go on the manage booking page it appears to be booked further adding to our confusion. As such I called the support line. I sat on hold for an hour and 54 minutes without talking to a single human being. I think this a disgraceful way to treat customers and quite frankly believe that compensation is in order. I can sympathise that call volume is likely high given the Middle East situation however to not answer a phone call within almost 2 hours is a disgraceful mismanagement of business and in my view a breach of basic consumer rights. I could finally hang up after 2 hours and 4 minutes confirming my flight was cancelled. I will be escalating this to a higher legal authority given the less than adequate customer service if compensation is not be provided as a result of this complaint.

URGENT: Aunt Betty withholding costs for Singapore Airlines booking

URGENT: Singapore Airlines name correction FI6VI9
I have been trying to make a name correction on my flight to match passport. Aunt Betty will not be transparent with costs and state I must repurchase fare at thousands of dollars increase. They will not advise on refund or fees that I will incur. It has taken a week for emails to be responded to and waiting on phone for hours with still no conclusion.

They messed up our seat allocation…

They messed up our seat allocation booking. Took four phone calls to rectify and hours of waiting on hold. Was on hold for over 3 hours on one call - for a separate matter! Then they randomly canceled our flights!
Just don’t use them.

Failure to Provide Seat Selection. Absent Customer Service

I booked business class flights from Frankfurt to Sydney through Aunt Betty and paid an additional A$517 for seat selection at the time of booking.

When I later checked directly with Etihad, I was told the seats had not been booked. Etihad then quoted me approximately A$550 to reserve the seats directly.

I contacted Aunt Betty repeatedly by email and phone asking them to complete the seat booking I had already paid for. My emails were not meaningfully answered. On three phone calls, I was routed to an overseas call centre where communication was difficult, and I was told internal emails would be sent. Nothing was resolved.

Because Aunt Betty did not provide the paid seat-selection service, I had to book seats directly with Etihad at an additional cost of around A$500. I am seeking a refund of the original A$517 seat-selection fee.

For anyone in Queensland dealing with a similar issue, here are the actual steps:

1. Keep ALL evidence:

* Booking confirmations
* Invoices
* Seat-selection receipts
* Screenshots
* Emails
* Call logs
* Airline confirmations showing the seats were never booked

2. Send the company a final written demand for repayment before escalating further.
3. If unresolved, lodge a claim through QCAT (Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal):

Consumer/trader disputes:
QCAT Consumer and Trader Disputes

Minor debt disputes:
QCAT Minor Debt Disputes

QCAT application forms:
QCAT Forms and Applications

4. Lodge a complaint with the ACCC if you believe there may be broader systemic consumer issues involved:

ACCC Consumer Complaint Information

5. You can also lodge a complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading:

Queensland Office of Fair Trading Consumer Complaints

In my opinion, this was not simply poor customer service. I paid for a service that was not delivered, received no adequate resolution despite repeated contact attempts, and then had to pay again directly with the airline to obtain the seats.

I will now be pursuing recovery of the A$517 through the appropriate Queensland consumer dispute process and lodging complaints with the relevant regulatory authorities.

What a dishonest and incompetent…

What a dishonest and incompetent company. If you want to be scammed and misled, keep booking with them. They cancelled our flights because of the war, yet when I contacted Qatar Airways directly, they confirmed we could have been rebooked onto another flight.

I called this company four separate times and every single call was a complete waste of time. They kept passing me from one person to another, making excuses instead of offering any real solution. I was left waiting on hold for nearly an hour every time I called.

Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and constant lies. Avoid this company at all costs. All customer service is in the Philippines, and they keep repeating "sorry, we understand" without offering any solutions. You are a disgusting experience, Aunt Betty.
