Great Service: Replaced Cord

When my elderly father had a power surge his frame stopped working. I was worried it would need to be replaced after all of the help tips didn't work. I reached out to customer service and had a response within 24 hours. Within a week, I had a new cord (the suspected fix). I tried the new cord and we are back in business. I added some new pictures and he was back to telling me about all of his favorites. I thought by spending a bit more there would be customer service and I was glad to be proven correct.

My Aura went black

My Aura went black. I tried resetting and nothing happened. I emailed customer support and they were so helpful. Just received a new power cord and my Aura is back up and working. I can’t say enough about the great customer support I received. Thank you again.

Aura support group is excellent

My Frame was a gift and did not connect properly to our WiFi. After multiple times of help from the Aura support group, they sent me a replacement Frame which works great. Thanks for the help Aura

Love our Auras!

Great product! Our family members each have a frame in their home and despite being thousands of miles we can keep up by sharing photos of daily life and special events. Love it when a new picture pops up! Only once had a need for customer service and the response was immediate and to our satisfaction. Love our Auras!

I had a problem downloading HEIC…

I had a problem downloading HEIC pictures. Harley responded quickly and offered help. In in interim I had figured out how to convert them tp JPEG format and had put them on my frame. Harley said they would continue to look in to the matter to see if this was a problem with my frame. I appreciated the prompt response and the follow up

We LOVE our frame!

We have had our Aura Frame for over a year and since then my mom, sister, and mother in law have gotten Aura Frames as well! My kids LOVE seeing the photos, asking who is who in the baby images, reminiscing on vacations we’ve taken, and bringing up fun family events. Recently I had to get customer support for a frame giving us trouble and the customer service team was quick, thorough, and kind. We love our frame and recommend it to everyone!

Excellent Customer Support

Frame died randomly and thought I was completely at a loss. Contacted support after normal business hours and got a reply within minutes. They sent me a new cord at no charge which has since fixed the problem entirely.

The person at Aura Frames, Jakia, worked with me for several days to fix a problem with my ability to see all of my photos on my cell phone. This person never gave up until the problem was solved. That is true commitment.

My Aura frame packed it in suddenly…

My Aura frame packed it in suddenly about a month ago so I reached out to Aura for help after trouble-shooting myself didn't fix the problem. Aura promptly sent a cord which unfortunately did not resolve the problem. I was thrilled when I was offered a replacement frame which I have already received and set up. Thank you, Aura Frames. Your customer service is second to none.

Best customer service

My frames all of a sudden stopped turning on. I ran through the troubleshooting step and wasn’t successful. I email Aura and was told they weee sending out a new power cable to me free of charge. I received the power cable and my frame turned on! In a time where customer service seems to be luxuries of bygone days Aura stands out as a wonderful company that stands by their products. Love them!

Our Aura frams quit working

Our Aura frams quit working, so i contacted them via email and explained what was wrong. They sent me a new power cord which turned on the frame but was working intermittently. I contacted them again and they are replacing a new Aura frame at no charge. The warranty had just elapsed so I was really grateful for their quick response and to rectify the issues.

Our frame stopped working out of nowhere. I reached out and received a response the next day. Their team and I troubleshooted - and when that was unsuccessful they sent a new power cord. That did the trick!

My frame stopped working after 3 years…

My frame stopped working after 3 years and it was cheerfully and expediently replaced and at no cost for shipping. The frame is in my kitchen and I love looking at it often.
I highly recommend Aura Frames for the excellent quality digital pictures and extraordinary customer service.

Best customer service I’ve ever had

My parents frame quit working and I was going to order them another one but was worried about their photos transferring. Paul emailed me and suggested first trying a new cord, sent it for free. When the frame still didn’t work, Paul sent me a code for a discounted new frame. When the frame arrived, Paul worked on a weekend, to transfer all my parents photos to the new frame. The customer service Paul provided has been prompt, consistent, and spectacular!

Amazing Customer Care Service

I was given an Aura Frame as a gift over 2 years ago. It stopping working and after briefly trying to figure out what the problem was without using the Help function on the Aura app, I put it away to deal with later. I forgot all about it until yesterday. After plugging it in and finding that wasn’t working, I checked in the Help section of the app and quickly found the correct subject area which took me to a Chatbot. After answering some easy questions, I was directed to a form to send to the Support Team which I completed and sent off. I didn’t expect the quick response I received! I wasn’t checking my email but I’m pretty sure the Customer Care representative got back to me within a couple of hours and the problem was solved! A replacement frame is on the way which was a completely unexpected result!

How easy it was to have my problem

How easy it was to have my problem solved. Went on the app and followed the instructions in the customer care troubleshooting portion. Very easy to use. The fixes didn’t work so sent email. Gia could not have been nicer and helpful. She had a new power cord sent. That was the problem and Aura is working.
