I just received my beautiful red felt and leather slippers. They fit like a glove and I absolutely love them. They are very well made and soooo comfy. Delivery was quick and the price very reasonable for such lovely slipper. I am inspired to take care of them and not wear them in the garden!! - House-shoes only and they will serve me well I'm sure.

I bought a scarf two months ago. Yesterday, I followed the instructions on the label and hand-washed it, but after washing, the color ran and the scarf became blotchy. I’m really disappointed, the quality is very poor.

Lovely idea but the sizing on the item I purchased was misleading and there appears to be no after sales service at all. Paperwork with the order was totally inadequate

This is where I finally found some thick Scandinavian style socks made of 100% WOOL and COTTON lining, something which I really need on my feet to keep me warm enough. I love grey and they had two shades. They look entirely handmade (by someone in Asia, it seems), which is a rather nice thought.

The company seems to be fair trade, so supporting them feels pleasant. I also bought slippers and a couple of bags in natural materials, and they are really well made (I had to bend one into the right shape).

When I was thinking of returning an item, customer service was pleasant to deal with (even during Covid).

My only gripe is that the photos aren’t all that great and that the colours aren’t always consistent. There was one item I didn’t buy because I was unsure which picture showed the correct colours. I suspected it wasn’t going to be as expected.
