I’ve ordered from Cotton Bureau multiple times over the last couple years, and they never disappoint. The shirt quality is seriously some of the best I’ve worn super soft, fits perfectly, and holds up great after many washes. I also love that they support independent designers. Every design I’ve bought has felt unique and personal. Shipping has always been smooth and on time, and any time I had a question, their customer service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re into well-made, creative apparel

I placed an order on the evening before Thanksgiving as part of my Christmas shopping. Today is December 23rd and the item has not shipped yet. They keep reminding me that there was a Dec 16-23 shipping window but NOTHING that warned me or stated my item might not arrive to me in time for Christmas.
MOST companies will expedite shipping during the holidays. Cotton Bureau took my $56 at a time when most purchases are made by consumers as holiday gifts and did not give me a warning to consider based on ARRIVAL time. I find their practices to be misleading and greedy. Today's email from Cotton Bureau told me "it looks like your item was put in the mail a couple of days ago." My item is actually still at their warehouse, though a label was created on Saturday, December 21st but not mailed out yet.
