Came super fast! With super cute details and a free swim bottom, honestly such a great underrated brand! I always recommend Aurelle to all my girls.

I love the bikini, but since I bought the full set, the bottoms fit but the top doesn't. Since the top doesn't have adjustable sizing on the buckle in the back, the top doesn't really fit me. I just sewed a little pocket on the band that the hook could go into, and the top fits great now.

Total scam. Sending same swimsuits in multiple sizes. They don’t answer emails for returns. Filing an Attorney General complaint.

Awful customer service, ordered a package (one of their mystery bikini totes) end of November and it never got delivered. I sent 3-4 emails to there response team with no replies.

Ordered influencer box and was given a discount code as well as 2 extra suits and 2 extra accessories for no extra cost! It also came so fast and with a handwritten note !

I just received my first package and let me say, I was not disappointed. Every swimsuit I got was so flattering, had an adorable print, and overall just perfect!!

Very disappointed with my order considering I paid nearly $60 AUD per piece. I ordered a bikini top and bottom and did not receive any receipt or tracking information for over a week until I emailed Aurelle TWICE. When I finally received my package there was a note on the receipt saying they were out of my size in bottoms so they gave me the next size down and threw in a free bikini for the trouble. Why was I able to purchase it in my size if they didn’t have the stock? 0 communication and now I have a bikini bottom that is too small for me and a second one that is 2 sizes to big for me. The top I originally bought also has uneven stitching on one cup so it doesn’t sit flat to my chest. Won’t be bothering next time.
14th Feb Update: since this date I have had 0 response to any emails trying to amend the issues with my purchase

I have been contacting Aurelle for over a week now. Sent 5 different emails and have received no help whatsoever. I cannot return my items because I have received no help. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. I received all different bikinis than I ordered. worst shopping experience ever. cute bikinis but SO not worth it.

Need to exchange for different sixes and have gotten no help from any customer services reps. No one has responded

this experience was better than my last. ordered one full bikini and two pairs of bottoms, and received two extra tops (that matched the bottoms). they all fit well, but i liked the fit of the bottoms more than the tops.

I got the wrong sizes sent to me, I have tried emailing multiple times and nobody is helping me. I will not be buying from aurelle every again

Super cute swim suits! Some of the bottoms are a little bigger than the size guide indicates, but they’re all really cute.

I previously ordered the Alice Classic Top in the size S. Unfortunately, whenever I got my order which shipped very quickly, I was surprised with more things than I bought. I just wanted the swimsuit top, but I didn't get the same one. I have pictures and such for proof, if needed. I would like my original swimsuit top that I ordered.

The customer service is amazing. Even the social media is active in responding and helping out which is huge.

What an ABSOLUTE surprise!! I wasn’t sure if all the hype was true about the product. It DEFINITELY is!!! The quality is A+ and the styles are what’s trending!!! I’ll be reordering!

I am so impressed by how quickly this came! (two days!) I got the ten-piece mystery emerald totes. And I love them!!!! I got mostly tropical suits, they were perfect! but I got a good mix. The only problem for me is for one of the suits I got two bottoms and no top, unfortunately, this suit was my fav, so a little disappointed to not have the top, I'll reach out to customer service and we will see what they say!

I ordered 2 suits and unfortunately they were out of one. They replaced that suit with one similar and sent me 2 free suits!! I was in shock when I opened the package and absolutely thrilled!! Great quality and super cute!! I highly recommend and will purchase again!

The swimsuits are beautiful, fit well, and I can't wait to wear them!

If you would like to return a suit, beware. They do not respond to emails about returns. The quality of the swimsuit we received was not great. The sewing on the seam of the bottoms was crooked. Also the material on the bikini top was made of terry cloth and was wearing away. If I am paying almost $100 for a swimsuit, the quality should be good. Won’t be ordering again.
