When will people learn to search reviews on trustpilot . China has built its country on fake scam rubbish. It’s not going to change so we have to change habits of trustpilot. Get into the habit of searching reviews on trustpilot.

This company is a joke!!!! Ordered some shoes that took weeks to get here and when finally landed they were in a bag!!!
The boots them self are the cheapest nastiness shoes I have ever had on my feet!! Going to cost more to send back so use to grow plants in the garden with them.

Total SCAM. Bought a puffer jacket for £35. It never arrived. Trued to ge5 in touch, no website available. Bank has refunded under investigation.
Today a pair of trainer socks arrived from an address associated with this company on the date I ordered the coat. Totally dodgy company!

Scam Company, selling from China with no base or shop at all in the UK. Photos of shop sign are a scam. You cannot send a return back because you have to send it to China at a prohibitive cost and you wont get a refund. Don't buy from facebook scammers selling clothes, bags etc. If you have to return goods to China at your cost.... do not buy!!!
stick to Charles Tyrwhitt, Brook Taverner or Peter Christian... at least you know they exist, are quality and have a UK base so you can call them.

Not even worth 1 star. The dress I ordered took forever to arrive. It was not as described on website. No mention of the dress coming from China, surely this is something trade descriptions need to know about.
Inferior workmanship and bad sizing.
Refund procedure shocking, customer pays to send back to China only then when received you get refund!!!!

Their return method is tantamount to fraud ! it states free shipping when you order so one assumes the same for returns . They sent me a dress that was so oversized to what i ordered and when i asked for a return they stated it would cost £35.00 whic is £5.00 short of what i paid for the item . I strongly suggest you do not use this company !!!

Wrong size shirt that was ordered. Now it seems that they do not reply to emails about returns and refund. Just a big con.
Stay well clear of this outfit. Bloody robbers.

BEWARE returns process is a con. You have to return to China which is expensive. They send wrong size shirt (had size label cut out!).I asked to return and get refund, they said I could keep shirt (wrong size remember) and they would refund 15%, I demanded full refund, but returning to China was more than refund would be. Eventually they refunded 45%.

I ordered two shirts from this shower! When they arrived they were not anything like described. I tried several times to communicate with them - no response. Then I checked the feedback!!! DO NOT buy from this organisation. I had a horrible experience like everyone else buying from this fraudulent company. They advertised their bags as leather bags but the bags are synthetic bags from China. No wonder the delivery took longer than they specified on their website which by the way is full of lies. They try to get you keep the products but offer to give 30% refunds for the rubbish sent which by the way is a scam. It feels like they expect people to ask for their money back but know the cost of posting the items bag is over £30. I had to get Paypal involved to get my money back. STAY AWAY from buying from this company, you'll regret it!

As all other reviewers have said. 3 weeks to deliver and dress I received was nothing like the advertised one it was cheap and a different style.
They have not replied to my email.
Luckily I paid through PayPal so a complaint is going in. A real faff but they shouldn't get away with it.

Really wish I’d read reviews before buying from this site. Doesn’t deserve 1 star! I received a dress eventually- after 6 weeks and many e mails. The dress is certainly not as advertised, cheap material, cheaply made, and not stitched properly therefore neck opening is very tight- was advertised as ‘off the shoulder’. The website made me believe the item was coming from Uk, it’s from Asia . The dress was folded so many times and squeezed into an A5 size plastic bag. Very disappointing. To top it off, returning will cost me £35 as i have to return to Asia!!!!

Hi I bought a jacket and 2 jumpers and 2 pairs of shoes which took forever to come I believed them to be coming from London as going by the name but yet again it’s was so deceiving that it’s Chinese based the products came completely different from what I ordered after complaining I got 2 options send them back to China or take 20% refund so I cut my loses and took refund I will not be buying from them again or any other Dodgy firm a complete con with their rubbish but these are the times weir living in check out company’s before you buy guys save a lot of heartache in the end Cameron

Don’t buy anything from this company, their logistics and supply is a nightmare. I ordered a silk type shirt in 3 XL, apart from a sticky label on the shirt that said 3XL, the shirt wouldn’t even fit my much younger slimmer regular sized son. It also took three weeks to arrive. They said their sizing system is different, but I’ve ordered 4/5 other shirts from China as 3XL and they all fit perfectly. There’s no point in returning it I doubt they will be honest enough to say they have received it, and will never return any moneys.

My wife Ordered a pair of boots from them.
When we receive them they were faulty. But they didn't look anything like the picture either. They won't give refunds unless faulty. Or pay £35 shipping fees. They are not from London as the name might suggest. They ship from China.

I ordered 2 David Becham style shirts. I received today two 43 inch chest measurement shirts and not 3xl which I ordered on 27th September. Long delivery time and not what I ordered. No excuse for this. Totally unacceptable. Must look at possibility of redress but from what I've seen an impossible task

No stars actually I bought a dress at 39.00 they have sent a dress that is far below standard unacceptable! They have said gift the dress we will refund 30% or send back to china for a refund with the customer paying the cost disgusting trading standards I think should be involved. The dress has a design fault whereby tge material on the front has not been sewn together properly

I ordered a jacket from them, and what came was entirely different to what was ordered. Was stinking and very cheap material. Took ages is coming, was not stated it was coming from China. There are just an agent. I contacted them for a refund and they wanted me to to return item to China and pay tracking. Or I could have 20% returned to me and keep the jacket. Would give it to a charityshop. They also said I could keep jacket and selected something else from their luxurious range, NOT, would not recommend this company at all, give it a wide berth. I am out of pocket and they are laughing all the way. They are giving out misinformation and cheating people.
