If only I could give 1*! Product doesn't look anything like on photos, just cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs!

Rubbish.. all shirts are too small…rubbish quality and bad customer service. Requested refund and got told they would send a bigger size for £30. The 2xl I got is for very small people.

I have never seen such a poor quality product. They are so badly made, don’t look anything like the picture and are completely the wrong sizing. I am astounded how awful they are. They are not worth £30, not even £5. Do not buy from this company.

I bought three shirts. They were supposed to be 4xl, they were more like medium size. Avoid.

Terrible experience, the boots I received bore no resemblance to the ones I ordered, they come from China not the U.K. as the add would have you believe.
No apologies just a format email telling you you have to send them back to China for a refund.. cost to you approx £35!!!!!
Why are company’s like this still allowed to get away with it?

Do not buy from this company. I ordered some boots and they were not the boots I ordered a complete knock off, they didn’t even look the same and were not even the same colour. The boots are not uk sizes and the company is not based in London they are based in China. I asked for a refund but was told they could send another size and I pay £9.95 for shipping costs and keep the other pair as a gift. I don’t want another pair because they were not the boots I ordered so they said I could have a full refund but they do not offer a free return and the cost to send them back could cost up to £35 which are non refundable or I could keep them and get a 15% refund off my total order value which would work out at £6.00.
Please don’t be fooled, save your money!!!!

As others have said, this site sells cheap, counterfeit, bad quality bags. Bag arrived looking completely different to what is shown online, most definitely not suede as described and smells awful. I was duped into thinking it was a London-based company through its ads on IG. Do your research and do not fall for this scammer

Just had a cancelled delivery. Shoes with soles that say TIMBERLAND.

POOR QUALITY. NOWHERE NEAR LONDON. DONT REFUND FOR PRODUCTS THEY DONT HAVE. SIZES ARE NOT UK SIZES.

Very misleading company. Bag purchased was Italian leather but noticed in advert further down after ordering, it said Vegan Leather?. Dimensions and size of bag totally wrong. This bag is more for a kid!. Can't be slipped and carried over my arm.like I wanted to. I feel like I have been ripped off. Design looks the same, colour similar but I could have got something better from a market stall. No idea how much it would be to send back to China! Thought the company was in England. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered 2 shirts that took over 2 weeks to arrive, both ordered as "3xl" size "43" received (several sizes too small). At £30 per shirt I expect a label and better quality instead of something thrown together in a Chinese sweatshop.
Company has strangely gone quiet to my complaints and matter taken up with PayPal.

After several weeks of "too-ing & fro-ing", PayPay gave me a no quibble refund.

DONOT BUY from them. The quality is awful and the items arrived from China in terrible packaging. Return process has been frustrating, they want me to return items to China ( which is not mentioned on their website) and I agreed to send it but they kept offering discounts instead of giving me the return address. After 4 emails, I have an address to return to which I have done but no idea how and when the refund will be processed.

Absolute scam, when when I advised boots are more like size 10 not 12, they advised to give as a present, if the product is not right why would you give them to anyone as a present?

Absolute scammers do not use they have multiple names and selling groups on social media. Delivery takes ages 3 weeks plus, when it comes it's poor quality and wrong sizes there size 12 is a small 11 would only fit a uk 10. Returns are a joke you have to pay for returns even though it's not your fault. The boots are actually workers boots and it's etched into the side of the boot not leather either. They come out will saying there very eco driven yeah course you are China? They offer you a credit instead of a refund Pathetic do not be fooled

Drop shipping scam of very poor quality cheap Chinese goods, to get your refund for the 14 day back guarantee you have to cover the cost of returning to China, the sizing is not UK size.

Bought three Techtotes last year for the executive women in my life. Great bags. Can't wait for the re-launch!!!!
