Dear Michael,

I am sorry you are not satisfied with our products. For our coating, we have chosen to team up with the top quality Swiss brand ILAG, offering the highest quality of the nonstick coating. The problem you are reporting can be due to many different factors like overhealing, aggressive detergent, washing cycles with high temperature, improper use in the oven or the microwave, and, rarely, to a defective coating application. I am sorry you did not write to us before, giving us the opportunity to understand what happened. We would have liked to help you by providing our assistance.
I can assure you that we tested our coating for many months and we compared it to the non-stick coating of many other famous brands, with excellent performances. We have chosen the Granitec technology for each of our pans and pots. This consists of a five-layer nonstick coating, reinforced by ceramic scratch proof particles that can endure any intense use. Actually, because of its multi-layered system and the ceramic reinforcement, we guarantee a long lifetime and the best abrasion and corrosion resistance. If in the future you would need any assistance for our products, I invite you to promptly contact our Customer Service. Thank you for your comment and the understanding,

Best,

Francesca

Wonderful set

I have finally been able to take my full set back home, got them shipped to US with a friend and finally took them with me. The pots and pans are wonderful, yesterday I used the smallest pot and the results were great, no sticky whatsoever, perfect design for the draining (that also helps on the lid not jumping under pressure).
The set also looks amazing, really neat, the lids are wonderful and up to what was described.
Able to remove plastic parts and put all pots and pans into an over up to 200C is amazing feature.
The only thing that I would suggest to this set is to make the handles lock/release mechanism stonger, found several comments that it has already failed so I took a look and it does seem fragile, plus it has no access to be repaired if broken, so I would consider a spring less mechanism or a demountable system that provides the facility to users to adjust as needed.

Great Pots and Pans!

I have the entire collection of pots, pans, lids, and grill pan and I love them. Nothing sticks and it's super easy to clean up. The removable handles are great for small spaces and are so convenient to store. I have several friends and family that have purchased them and love them too. I would highly recommend these pots and pans to anyone.

Didn't want disappointment

I have loved my Ausker cookware and even bought some pieces for a friend. Late last year I noticed a bubbling on the bottom of #8 pot. That said, I no longer use it. I bought all offerings, including the skillet. Other than the #8 pot, I have been happy.

Dear Jennifer,

I can imagine that the inconvenience with pot #8 was quite annoying for you. The problem you are reporting is rare, and it can be due to many different factors (overhealing, aggressive detergent, washing cycles with high temperature, improper use in the oven or the microwave and also to a defective coating application..). I am sorry you don't use anymore your pot #8 and that you did not write to us, allowing us to help you. We would have loved to offer you the best support as possible. We genuinely care about our customer' satisfaction, and we always try to give excellent customer service. Thank you again for leaving this comment.

Best,

Fancy Cookware That Won't Stick!

I absolutely love the Ausker pans and griddle. As long as there is a little oil in the pan, nothing ever sticks. The griddle cleans up really easy after pan grilling with just a little water soak and wiping with a paper towel. The detachable handles make for easy storage or compact sink soaking.

The pots, however, aren't as easy to use since the handles on each side are so short. Using a colander either requires two people or an empty sink to put it in while you pour. I find myself preferring my older, long-handled pots for that reason. The Ausker pots are of the same quality as there pans, however, so my only gripe is with the handles.

A great product and a great company

A great product and a great company. I purchased a set of pots and pans (and grill pan) and now they're the ones I reach for first.
I also bought a set for my son as a house warming gift.

These are very affordable, very non-stick, very durable utensils that have a lot of thought in their design (like removable handles (pans) or handle covers (pots), straining lids. They are a joy to use and easy to keep clean.

purchased these when I moved to Florida…

purchased these when I moved to Florida for about 6 months. The small pan I brought with me was used every single day probably 3 times a day by me and my roommates. It took a huge beating. It held up great until the last month. Though it might be due using a metal spatula on it all the time, by the end of the 6 months there is no nonstick coating left. You have to spray it down with a lot of oil to make it work and the bottom is black as coal. Also from day 1, the pan was always slightly wobbly when attached to the handle. Couldn't ever figure out why. But overall for the time I had it, it was great.

A great product

I have had many admirers of these saucepans. They certainly look great. I have used them a lot and they don’t stick. I love that you can balance a wooden spoon on the lid while cooking.
Just 2 downsides. One: recommended NOT to go in dishwasher as will reduce life. Unsure if this applies to lids too.
Two: when draining rice, I hold both the handles on each side while tipping out water. The rubber handle protectors get hot during cooking and I burn my fingers. It’s too difficult to use oven mitts during draining. Maybe these handle protectors should be removed while cooking ? Unclear to me
Otherwise a great product

I really like the cookware of Ausker. I have been using it for more than a year now and there have been almost no problems. For the one problem I had with my mostly used pot, I got great support from the Ausker-Team.

Amazing Quality!

My Ausker pots and pans are simply amazing. A joy to use and very easy to clean and maintain. My only criticism is they don't make a sauce pan set. I'd buy them immediately! Excellent quality, excellent service and a great product.

Great Service

They are very customer friendly and assisted in my purchase and questions that i had regarding the products. Always going the extra mile to ensure that I had all the available options in deciding if I would like the product or not. Even though eventually, I returned some of the knives as it was not what i expected, they were very helpful in the process and I will not hesitate to purchase from them the moment i need a new set of knives.

Great pots

Great pots! Easy to clean. Protective silicone handles are too thin, come off too easily, and are too close to the pots for a good grip. Overall, I am happy with them.
