Great product at a terrific price and great customer service. I was new to induction cooking and was not enamored with heft of cast iron pots and pans. Your product is light weight, cooks evenly, and the removable handles are awesome. Thank you for developing such a unique and serviceable cooking system.

BEST POTS I'VE BOUGHT in my life
Thank you so much for creating this product.
It is solid & filled with quality.
The customer support team gave me 50% discount on one of the pots because it arrived with a minor cosmetic damage.
Use it every day & I love it.

I was duped

Never again will I buy an Ausker product. At no given time prior to purchasing (unless you read the manual and honestly its PANS who needs a manual for PANS) would you think you couldn't use it in the dishwasher (If they say it was dishwasher safe). When I noticed the chipping I was dismayed I went to the manual and yes it IS dishwasher safe but you can't have it be dried in the dishwasher. I now am going to donate the pans to a womens shelter because I can't use them. They aren't all damaged but I'm also not willing to continue using such a product. The warranty specifically mentions this as the reason it's not covered so they clearly could have warned us prior to purchase. REVIEW EDITED AFTER RESPONSE: I did not reach out to Ausker because after I read the product information on the paper it specifically says if you make this error they will not cover it with a warranty, it’s the only thing not covered.

Dear RG,

I am sorry you had such a negative experience with our Frying Pan Set. The transparency with our customers is essential to us. For this reason, we specify in our paper instruction that we recommend hand washing. We suggest to clean the frying pan set with hot water and delicate liquid detergent, using a sponge cloth or the soft side of a sponge and then dry by hand. We also recommend to never use aggressive products, abrasive sponges or steel scourer. We also specify that our cookware can be washed in the dishwasher, although it is not advisable to preserve its durability. In this case, we clarify that only mild washing cycles are allowed, at temperatures lower than 50°C/122°F, minimum detergent dosage and, where possible, without rinse aid. I don't know at which temperature and which kind of detergent you used to clean your frying pan set. I am sorry you did not write to us reporting this annoying problem. For sure we would have found a way to help you. Customer'satisfaction is crucial to us, and I can assure you that we always do our best to help those customers that contact us reporting a problem with our products. If in the future you will give us a second chance, buying our products, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service for any possible help you would need. It will be our pleasure to help you.

Thank you for your understanding,

The knobs of the pot covers come off and stay off. I cannot cover my pans and pots. I’ve tried fixing it but it’s only temporarily and comes of immediately. I’m very disappointed. Can it be replaced?

Ausker pan sets

Company was on time and delivered items to correct addresses. The only piece I was worried about was the full order was shipped in one box which came in damaged. The pans had a few scuff marks but other than that seemed to be fine.

Great Skillets

4/15/19 Edit.
I've upped to 4 stars, I appreciate that they took the time to give a thoughtful response to my post.
------------------------------------------------------------

Great Skillets! I have two of them. The removable handle is way more useful than you would think. The non-stick part is awesome. And once it was even convenient to throw the skillet in the over (without the handle of course).

I've been using these 2 skillets nearly exclusively for over a year now. 3-4 times a week on average.

The only reason I docked two stars is recently they've shown some wear. I only use rubber spatulas, etc, in them. I ran them threw the dishwasher recently (on the top rack) and it's like the surface layer got a bunch of tiny little dings in. By bunch I mean several dozen, so that surface isn't perfectly smooth anymore. This has sent up some big red flags for me. They continue to perform fine but again my confidence is shaken.
I only rarely run them through the dishwasher.

Dear Ruston,

Thank you for your positive words and for sharing your opinion about our products. I understand your disappointment and frustration for the inconveniences you had with our pans after washing them in the dishwasher. To avoid this kind of problem we specify in our paper instruction to clean the cookware by hand washing it, with hot water and liquid detergent, using a sponge cloth or the soft side of a sponge. Our cookware can be washed in the dishwasher, although it is not advisable to preserve its durability. Only wash with mild washing cycles at temperatures lower than 50°C/122°F, minimum detergent dosage and, where possible, without rinse aid. Like any kitchen item especially those with non-stick coating, the durability is extended with the hand wash, and for our cookware is the same. Finally, you said you used the pans in the oven after removing the bakelite handles. It is perfect! I want to take this opportunity to remind you that our pans can be used in the oven at a maximum temperature of 200°C or 392°F; otherwise, you could compromise the non-stick coating.
I hope you will keep cooking a lot with products and I wish you many tasty recipes. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you need any assistance or information. It will be our pleasure to help you!

Thank you very much for your comment,

Beautiful Set and great non-stick but with the pans at least thus far, has the coat chipping away so easily at the edges. Also the handles are starting to get a little lose even after tightening. Would still buy again as I do still feel like it performs better than many other nonsticks.

Dear Nick,

Thank you for your feedback and the kind words about our products. The black coating around the edges of your pans should not chip off. I need to ask you if you clean the pans by using the dishwasher and if you used any pan saver when you store them. Without having a look at the damaged items it quite hard to understand what happened to them. So, to exactly understand what is happening to the edges of your pans we would need to investigate more about this issue. For this reason, I invite you to send a picture of your pans to info@ausker.com. Our customer service will do our best to help you!

Thank you very much for your collaboration,

This was one of our first campaigns…

This was one of our first campaigns that we funded and felt like they really had a grasp on their cookware. Ausker did not disappoint and I can say that everyone reaches for the Ausker cookware over even the Calphalon. It is well built and distributes heat evenly. We use it practically every day with no signs of wear. You do need to watch the red handle lock does not flip up when pulling it out of a cabinet if it gets caught on anything but this too is a nice feature. Highly recommend and looking forward to more pieces by them.

We use a piece Ausker cookware almost every day. My husband loves the non-stick quality, I love that the handle and pots are all one piece. And the handle on the pans can disconnect and the pan then can go in the oven. The lids are the best,

I was one of the initial backers of the cookware set. Very happy with the products, have them over a year now and there still going strong. I use my frying pan regularly for frying the skin of salmon and then finishing it off in the oven. There's no sign of any damage or warping.
The only thing I would say is is you're using a potato masher in the pots, only use plastic. As tough as they I scratched mine the first time I used a metal masher in them. Can't expect miracles either.
I bought the knife set too, the sharpener is great but it's not very good for use on the two shorter blades. You can't get them in far enough to properly sharpen.
